The adjuster agency had quite a delay (2 mth) in payment to the emergency response team Restoration 1. 1 call and Nancy advocated for me and the Restoration company receivedj8 payment in less than 4 days. Nancy has remained calm and reassuring at a time when I have a mother dying and have had to deal with closure of her home. Nancy is an asset to TenEyck and the Insurance companies they represent. I have never been as Dissatisfied with an insurance company as I am with Tim Berryhill Allstate…read more They lie directly and by omission. They deceive and manipulate by creating confusion and sending out extraneous documents via email and USPS. I received 3 different request to do things that aren't necessary to do. Allstate doesn't make it seem unnecessary but it is. They sent me a check for $174 and change to go towards the cost of getting my vehicle repaired. There was some confusion that they created of course. I was not sure what to do with that odd amount of money, as the cost of the repair was approximately $1700 minus $500 deductible. So should've been more like $1200. I was told by Tim himself in writing to endorse it. So I endorsed the check and deposited it into my bank my account. The $174 and change check bounced. My bank charge me a $10 fee and Tim refused to pay me the $10 to cover the embarrassing fee. It's the principle of the matter. Why tell me to endorse it then stop payment on the check? They have made a not great situation horrific and just stupid. Now, I'm being blackballed. According to Allstate's policies, I can take an existing policy to another Allstate agency, however, I believe that Tim Berryhill and his staff are blackballing me by bad mouthing me to other Allstate agencies because I'm being denied. So far, no other Allstate will accept me, post speaking to Tim berryhill Allstate agency.

While setting up policies Jennifer was kind, informative and responsive, but once she has you signed up for all the policies, it seems that she doesn't care to provide support when you need it. I would recommend going elsewhere for your insurance needs.

I wish I could put zero stars that's what this company deserves. I canceled my car insurance and my…read morerenters insurance in April 2021 yet they continue to take money out of my account. I have called and spoken to Elaine three times and each time was told that the money would stop coming out of my account and I would receive a refund check. As of last Friday, the money continues to come out with no refund check. When I started with this company it was for car insurance and renters insurance. Instead of a Renters policy Elaine gave me a business policy. When I told someone how much my renters insurance costs, they said that the price was very much out of line with renters insurance. After looking into it I found out it was a business insurance... and they continue to charge me. Finally I called the Nationwide Company itself who afterwards left me a message that Elaine said I did not cancel my renters insurance in April. No I like being charged for something I don't need Elaine. So if you want to use Nationwide Insurance just don't use this agency, not sure if anyone is running that business, although they have extra money to hire a secretary. This Nationwide is NOT on your side.

However, over the past couple of months he has stopped responding to my email contacts and now has ignored a phone message I left. Being an Agent is more than just writing policies and getting commissions on them. It should be about relationship building to insure the customer's policies needs are met and solidifying that relationship to have the customer want to continue the business relationship and, potentially, to recommend the business to other folks. I am not sure what happened with Steve - to go from "hero to zero" and, in truth, I don't really care. At this point I will be looking for a new agent so that I can receive the service I deserve. I have three policies thru Steve which, apparantly, means nothing to him anymore. I told Steve when I first became a customer that service was everything to me. If he will not even resond to my contacts anymore it appears he has forgotten what I said.
