She replied Victoria. She is one of several well trained tellers at this location. Victoria is efficient and a pleasure to interact with. She has great interpersonal skills. I have noticed that she trains other tellers, and I understand why. Michele is the manager of this location. She has handled banking transactions for us on several occasions ranging from Security Boxes, power of attorney changes to notarizing documents. Her pleasant disposition complements her professional manner. Her expertise and experience are appreciated greatly. She focuses on customer satisfaction and works diligently to secure it.

I have had car loans, personal loans, business loans, savings accounts, and checking accounts at Mohawk Progressive. They have great rates and no fee checking accounts as well as online banking. MPFCU is a small credit union where the member really does come first. They may not have all the latest techno services of the larger banks but they got it where it counts- and that's customer service. I remember a couple years ago my iTunes account was hacked and the thief started making several hundred dollar purchases over and over again to his fake account on iTunes that ended up totaling over $3000 dollars. Carole called me and alerted me to the activity and put a stop payment on my account before calling me. She knows me well enough to know I didn't make those purchases. That isn't the only time MPFCU has saved my skin. They have also called me to alert me a payment was clearing when I had insufficient funds in my account (Hey it happens to the beat of us) just so I could add money in time to avoid any fees or penalties. Trustco managed my grandfather's trust since 1979, yet the only consistent beneficiary of their decisions was Trustco not the family the trust was meant to support. My aunts received very little income, and any time we asked about investments or performance, we were dismissed with no transparency. Trustco invested trust assets in its own stock for years, then moved to high‑fee products that benefited the bank. Physical assets were sold at low prices, sometimes to people connected to Trustco. When the last aunt passed and the trust needed to be closed, Trustco delayed the process for months, blaming outdated microfiche records and claiming they had to "find an attorney." After all this, the grandchildren were hit with unexpected tax bills despite Trustco assuring us taxes were handled. After four decades, the pattern is clear: poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable fiduciary practices. I feel I waited in inordinate amount of time between signing in and acknowledgement! That Is my perception! I waited for the customer service agents for 5 minutes without acknowledgement. No greeting or eye contact. Both are in one cubicle (and despite the hair twirling and giggling, I am told that it was a business meeting - at the expense of a customer waiting?) I decided to work with the teller first to conclude any business there - while I wait. HE is the only reason this branch got the two stars! He was courteous and helpful. He closed the savings portion of my bank account (intended before I went in) and emailed the customer service agents to alert them of further needs. By then one agent was busy, so I returned to the chairs. After seven minutes, the unoccupied agent came out to help me - she knew what I needed, so I know she got the teller's email! After I concluded business I pointed out that I felt I had waited an inappropriate amount of time before acknowledgement (I was the only customer in the chairs waiting for customer service and I stood so she could see me!). She reported that she and the other agent were in a business meeting and that working through the teller was the correct way to do business. What if I only needed customer service - would I still be out there? Never had to do that before! Counter intuitive to other banking experiences. Why sign in? That being said, I tried to utilize their bill pay system. Over the course of 3 months I have had to place stop orders on 5 checks. I have put the "deliver by" date 2 weeks in advance of the actual due date to allow for a cushion but still, am forced to cancel checks every month at $10 each. Their customer support is useless too. They state that they mailed a check on a particular date and that they cannot provide any further information. I recently tried to test it out by sending a check to my father. It was to be delivered by 12/3. It is now the 9th and still nothing has been received.
