We had a great stay at The Bradley! We were in town for a conference and decided to stay downtown. The Bradley was a great choice because of its central location to fine dining and the best coffee shop ever (Kanela). The hotel is chic and youthfully decorated with deep, navy blues and bronze hardware. The public spaces were spotless! The Wi-Fi was a little slow, so don't plan on streaming anything, but as long as you have a Netflix login you'll be fine. We will definitely return the next time we're in town.

More of this everywhere please. Feels so nice to be in a hotel that doesn't seem like a hotel. Loved all the prints everywhere. The parking is less than ideal but there is valet, and if you choose not to utilize it they're helpful with instructions to find your own parking. Breakfast not included but there is complimentary coffee (if you're up early enough for it 6-7). Overall enjoyed our stay at this cute spot.

Great hotel in Forth Wayne. Love the location. The hotel is surrounded by few restaurants including one in the lobby. The rooms are clean and the hotel has boutique hotel feel to it. There is valet parking available plus some limited street parking surrounding the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful.

If you're traveling to Fort Wayne and looking for a place to stay this is your spot. You can't ask for a better location, right downtown and walking distance to some great restaurants. They also have their own restaurant and bar inside the hotel and the rooftop features about the best view you can ask for (remember you are in Fort Wayne). I loved the decor of the hotel with touches of Vera bradley without being overdone. I would stay here again!

We mostly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. I think they are still working out some kinks, but it's clearly the best hotel in town, well located downtown. The room was small but well decorated (duh). The lights and tv worked, the black out curtains also did their job. Yay. I think we are entering a new age for hotels (perhaps especially during covid), as this is the first place I've stayed with no phone in the room, and also nothing to make a warm drink. (Please reconsider and go British w/ a tea kettle!) No "do not disturb" signs for the door either. But since extra towels are service are more in call (via text), maybe they figure those are superfluous. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good and hot, so kudos for getting the basics. The towels and toiletries provided were nothing extraordinary, just fine. Perk that we enjoyed was the loaner bikes. When they ever get replaced, I recommend getting some that can be better adjusted. (The one tool they had didn't work that well and seats kept falling and twisting), but very nice that they thought of such a thing. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The most off-putting experience was breakfast on day 2. And let me first say: breakfast day one was fast, seamless and impressive. But day 2- somehow our order got lost in the shuffle and after an hour we finally inquired when the whole dining room was filled to the brim and plates seemed to be coming out one at a time, about every 10-15 minutes. Disappointing when you're one of the first ones in the dining room and are itching to hit the road. Staff was apologetic and all, but it was just a bummer to end on that note. But! We all have a bad day now and then and when we get back to Ft W, we'd stay here again. We were impressed with the city overall. Wishing more good things for the Hoosier state's 2nd largest city!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. It started with valet parking my car and easy check in. I was appointed a beautiful room on the 5th floor (513) which was so helpful because I was setting up a display table for my job in Birdie's rooftop bar. The bar staff are incredible and handle crowds with ease and patience. Jacqueline, Ariel, and the entire team make some awesome drinks and the hostesses are friendly and were helpful getting me in early to get set up. I did this two nights in a row and both nights they also had a delicious taco/nacho buffet for our large group. This is THE place to stay in Fort Wayne. The awesome bars and restaurants are all one or two blocks away at the most. I felt safe and the city was clean in this area. We were also holding meetings in the Allen room both mornings. On the final day, I left my laptop under the table we were projecting from, and Brent Pope reached out to me and was nice enough to mail it back to me AT NO CHARGE. What a relief and what a gracious, upscale thing to do. Honestly, Lindy was the most helpful, patient hostess for our large groups and the breakfast and especially lunch were delicious and impressive. We didn't have to do a thing. This was my first visit but when I am in the area this is where I plan to stay. Bravo to the entire team.

Well managed. Super great staff. That's an important reason we stay only at Hilton. Yes, it's an older building. It's Fort Wayne, Indiana, folks. There are no new buildings. This is clearly the best hotel if you're staying in town. That said, it is true, I expect Hilton to invest in this property to maintain brand standard. There is no better alternative nearby, but hurry up and step it up. The building is old and musty, and Hilton knows it. We stayed in the 1 bed-1bath King Suite and it's a lovely layout. Great furniture. Very clean. Once in the room, it's a Hilton Hampton Inn. Until in the room, it's Fort Wayne. The staff accommodated my family's every need. The lobby is lovely for late night work while the family sleeps and the pool is super kid friendly. Plus, nice breakfast area. I do think Hilton knows it's time to invest in the infrastructure updates. Until then, give the staff a raise. Big time. Management, front desk, and maids. Your people are making Hilton look good in an old facility. It speaks volumes for Hilton's quality of management, Conrad Hilton would be pissed about the corporate's inattention to the need for an update. Conrad would also give each of these staff members a free vacation for making him look good. I expect Hilton to act accordingly. Veritas! Harvard '24. Thanks from the family.

As others have mentioned, parking isn't that close, and there's a walkway between the parking garage and the hotel. Also, this Hampton Inn is right next to a Courtyard by Marriott. The staff was helpful, especially regarding our 10 pm, 12 am, and 2 am irritation from someone in the fitness center dropping the ball weights. This went on for two nights. Nothing but repeated loud thuds. Come to find out it was a bunch of kids; at that who's bright idea was to put a fitness center on thr top floor? It's a nice hotel with some minor issues. Id likely stay again, but perhaps 2-4 floors.

The woman working the front desk, Letra (spelling?) was absolutely amazing. She was always smiling, greeted us by name whenever we walked through the lobby and was just a ray of sunshine. Employees like her really do make a business. The location was great for us because we were at a convention and the convention center was right across the street. We were able to drive a short distance to go to dinner and a movie one night. The bed was very clean which I so much appreciated. I'm very very particular about things being clean. There were employees mopping and cleaning common areas throughout our stay. The shower and sink area were also clean. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that there were handprints on the walls in the hall, dust on the baseboards in the room and a big chair in the room that was made of material that would need to be cleaned instead of wiped off so for me, it was just a waste of space. If I can't clean something with my Lysol wipes, I prefer not to have it in my hotel room. I just avoided sitting there. I would recommend the hotel and if you stay and have a chance to meet Letra, you're fortunate.

It wasn't a bad stay at all! Occupying what used to be a Comfort Inn, Spark is a pretty nice stay. While you can tell the facility is aged, the Hilton update gives it a fresh look/new life with brighter colors and updated furnishings. We selected a room that was adjacent to a stairwell. It's always a gamble because -- people -- but from what we could tell by the site map, those rooms tend to be bigger. Our room was easily 50% larger than most room, with the addition of a sizable closet space. The furnishings are definitely new, but look rather minimal in our room due to its larger size. The pivoting work space is nice, but the hassock is far too short to work on it for any length of time. I have to wonder if anyone had occupied this particular room at all because the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. We had to crawl on the floor to find the plug to plug it into the wall. The only thing that was missing was a clock. There is no clock in the room. Not that that's a big thing because any person has one or two clocks on them at any time anyway. I've seen a number of reviews complain about the free breakfast. I honestly didn't have a problem with it at all. There are bagels, breads, muffins, oatmeal, and cereals along with fresh fruit and some juices. It's a budget facility. You're not going to get omelets or made-to-order pancakes. Adjust your expectations. The staff we interacted with was great and helpful. Instead of vending machines there's a small snack/sundry shop if you get the late night need-to-eat. I am 100% satisfied with our stay. We saved some money and were located near just about anything we'd need.

But for about 40-50 bucks less per nite, it's a compromise I was willing to make. A little noisier than most places. You could hear people talking and laughing in nearby rooms, doors slamming and kids running wild in the hallway. But this was probably more due to inconsiderate patrons than anything else. Bed was very comfortable. No noisy A/C --once I went to bed (11PM) it was quiet. As mentioned, it is just a Continental breakfast (no scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, meat or pancakes) but what they had was enough for me--bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, apples, bananas, juice and coffee. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay and a pretty good bang for the buck.
