Starting from the top DON Megan who just happened to stop by yesterday she's not only Director of nursing she's also a nurse who comes out to check on her clients the staff is wonderful all the way to candy in the office the intake nurse to my home health nurses and the therapy staff is awesome as well Stan is my therapist and has been for the last 2 1/2 years I went from not able to walk to walking with braces to walking with a walker and now can walk on my own! Clean, bright, lots of laughter, lots of hugs and attention. I go at different times of the day and every time I visit, Mom's room is clean, her bed is made, she is clean and dressed. Many of the staff members have worked there for years and are personally invested in each resident. The staff is very helpful to our family, as well, and never hesitate to answer a call, text, or questions that I have about what's best for Mom. They have been our support system and have helped guide us with such empathy and care. I have met many of the other resident's family members who come to visit and their dedication to their loved ones is inspiring and helpful to me as we are new to this journey. I would not want my sweet mom anywhere else but at Colonial Oaks.
