Heena Angral was my salesperson who sold me the Samsung Dryer on 2/17/2024. She was very attentive to my need for a replacement dryer. She recommended the clearance Dryer which fit my needs perfectly. I appreciate how quickly she let me know where and which one would be good for me. The only problem I had was it was not mentioned to me that there was a "huge" dent in the lower right side of the dryer. As it was on the floor, as a floor model, between another dryer, I could not see the damage at all. In her defense Heena may not have known this as well. And the person in the back who wrapped it would have but, most likely, thought someone had mentioned this to me. It does work great, so I am not upset as it was shell damage and not mechanical. Not bad for a clearance model. Searched online for a HD TV available in town. The brick had the cheapest, best brand name and the most bells and whistles for the price over everybody else in GP. I was helped right away by a polite, well spoken and knowledgeable sales agent.. Walked in the store happy and left happier after the purchase I made. Agent answered every question I had to ask. Would definatley recommend going to GP location for all your home furnishing needs.. Looking forward to the next time I need something for the home! The sales team was wonderful the ladies were all extremely helpful the other guy that I had the misfortune of speaking to on the other hand was extremely rude and disrespectful I Was buying a new bed and all the trimmings for it from the grande prairie location as I have just moved up here and needed new stuff one of the things that I needed was a microwave (simple enough I thought) little did I know that someone had placed the microwave that I wanted in the shelf without it being in "the system" (simple fix in my mind add it) Nope apparently the one guy that could do that was at home so I asked the guy that I had the misfortune of dealing with if he could call him. He looks at me raises one eyebrow and says you want me to call someone at home? So me being me I said well if he knows how to add it and you don't then yes call him this guy again looks at me and gives me a look so I tell him that I need a microwave tonight thinking that he will come up with a solution (like ring in another microwave do a price override and fix it tomorrow) no his solution "well then I suggest you try wal-mart needless to say he didn't say it nicely and then he turned his back to me and continued on his conversation with I am assuming a trainee well my sales lady could see I was upset I am pretty sure my face was every shade of red so I told her to cancel my whole transaction (which I later actually ended up buying) so in short if you're going there and everything is in the ststem and you don't have to deal with the jerk that I had to it is a pleasant experience but if you have the same luck as me consider yourself warned he is not a nice person and should not have a job dealing with people read more
