    I don't understand the logic of how the staff are paid because they hound you for the sale (I…read moresuppose commission based) but it feels so overwhelming. Even when I felt pressured by the sales person & I came back another time, if they recognize you, they will basically take you away from another sales person. I hate this tactic and makes me not want to shop here. I bought a mattress here last year, and was only shown the "top of the line products". I stupidly purchased one thinking it was going to be better than the basic mattresses because it was "hotel rated" and highly recommended. When we got it, we slept on it for a couple of days and absolutely hated it. We were able to return it and get something else, but the process wasn't that great and the sales person seemed annoyed that I dared pick a mattress that was half the price we paid (we got a store credit for the difference). There was miscommunication as well and they said I could only use the store credit for a mattress or bedding, but we confirmed in front of them with the store manager who did correct them and say it would be good for anything.

    We had an extremely frustrating experience with The Brick (Milton location) and their 3rd party…read morerepair company - Home Appliance Repair GTA). We purchased a THOR gas range that was delivered nearly 2 months later and damaged. Despite reporting the damage the very next day (with photos, model, and serial number), and having their 3rd party technician confirming the issue nearly another 2 months later, we have still not received any confirmation that the replacement parts have been ordered. We now sent multiple follow-up emails to both The Brick and Home Appliance Repair GTA. Responses have either been ignored, or have been vague with zero concrete updates. It has now been nearly three months since delivery, and the appliance is still damaged with no clear timeline, no accountability, and no resolution in sight. For a brand-new appliance, this level of delay and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. We have tried to be patient and cooperative at every step, but the poor customer service has made this a very disappointing experience. I strongly caution others to think carefully before purchasing appliances from The Brick.
