Bought a comforter at the Moncton Brick Store. Was never told that I could not return it. At home, I didn't like the color in my bedroom and wanted to return it and buy something else. I did not used the comforter. I was told at the store that I couldn't return it for sanitary reason, though I had not used it. I have to keep that comforter, paid over 150$, that I don't really want and need. I bought a bed frame, from the Brick, at the same time. Pieces were missing or damage, however the Brick gave me other replacement parts. I was told at Home Sense and Costco that if I buy a comforter and want to return it, I could. So in the future, I will shop at other stores where we get good services. read more

Purchased an awesome sofa with the warranty they offer, had great customer service when I bought it. It's now pilling terribly bad and I filed the warranty claim 2 months ago. Have gotten the run around from the store ever since. They should be embarrassed at the quality customer service they provide. $4000 dollars down the drain. My poor experiences with the brick continue. I had to get a different couch or wait until April for one piece so I agreed to switch to the couch that was all in Stock. I received my call yesterday saying it will be delivered today. They arrived on time and started to unload my couch only to find out that two pieces and two cushions are missing. They said they will come back tonight with the last two pieces but at this point I will believe it when I see it. read more

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new bed from sales representative Coral K. at The Brick in Moncton, NB. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and very helpful for us in making the proper choices to suit our needs. After having suffered a very negative experience at a competing store, I was refreshed at the up-front and honest attitude The Brick offers. I was also impressed with the competitive pricing offered (I purchased a box spring, mattress, mattress cover and 2 pillows for less than the mattress cost at the competition). I have since returned to purchase a laundry center from The Brick and I would highly recommend this store and Coral K. to anyone looking to make any furniture purchases! It is great to find a store and a sales representative that offer excellent customer service! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased (and paid if full) for a fridge and stove on August 15. I have been trying to contact The Brick on Trinity drive by phone, since then to confirm a delivery date. I understand there are delays and all I need is a date (even an estimated date). After multiple attempts at calling and leaving 4 voice mail messages, no one has returned my call. My husband is driving to the store today (an 1 hour drive for us - ONE WAY) because it seems this is the only way we'll get an answer. Will not be shopping here again. We just bought a home and will be making our other furniture purchases elsewhere. read more

What a Joke, this is the absolute, hands down, worst company I have ever had the pleasure pf dealing with! Right from the very beginning there was nothing but confusion, miscommunication, and false accusations regarding warranty, payment plans, delivery etc, anything we had questions about we were given wrong information. They told us our sectional would be in in 2 months and our payments would not start until we received the item, and we could add an insurance plan (not warranty that's a different scam) for 50$ for the whole 18 months ,so we did. Well, our payments started to come out immediately with and additional 50$ a month fee for the insurance which was quickly cancelled. So that was fine I didn't mind starting the payments.... we are now 4 months from time of purchase, and we were told 2 weeks ago our item was on its way to the store, then a week ago that today was scheduled for delivery, but nope they messed up again, we are in the middle of 2 stores and apparently the sectional went to the other store (which is actually the one the purchase was made), so that store said no problem they will deliver it to us. All week we were told they would call to give us a time of delivery which we never received. After my girlfriend called countless times to ask and being told they would call us right back (which they didn't do) finally on the morning of the day of delivery the person on the phone noticed our names on the delivery but not on the scheduling list and would call back in 30 minutes, 2 hours later (noon the day of delivery) we get a call saying they didn't realize we were out of their "region" (remember the 2 stores) and that they didn't have the proper truck available for the delivery today, and the soonest delivery slot available Is a week away..... First and LAST time ever dealing with the Brick! read more
