I had called and spoke to Cheryl who was professional and completely had my best interest at heart. She took the time to review my warranty availability and discussed with me the best and cheapest manner in which to get the repair done. Even after cancelling an appointment because of the possibility of another repair crew that GE may send, she reassured me she would keep the parts she had ordered for my fridge repair in case they call their team to come and fix it. Thankfully I was able to call Champion back to do the repair. Dan was friendly, courteous and had the repair done in no time. The customer was being assisted by a woman who appeared to be a designer. The other two staff members were certainly the rudest and laziest examples of what might be called employees. They were so busy talking to each other, they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us, or - heaven forbid, ask if they could help a customer. Perhaps we were interfering with their personal time (that someone was paying them for). We will certainly never return to this Home Furniture store. Why would we waste our time and money with people who are so rude.

The manufacturer said they would do nothing as it was past the 18 month warranty period. Hudson's offered to replace the backs for $800. each but couldn't guarantee the colour would match (understandable). Not willing to pay another $1,600 for new backs. I don't think so called 'real' leather should be peeling in under 3 years. Our old leather furniture was 20+ years old. It was faded but not peeling. Very disappointed in Hudson's. Would never buy anything from them again.

We bought 2 expensive supposedly brand new chairs from Hudsons, & they delivered them into a brand…read morenew apartment (never lived in). One of the chairs we found out some time after we bought it had bed bugs in it, & it took several times for Orkin to get rid of them. We had to pay a pickup company to come & pickup the infected chair. I contacted Hudsons about the incident, but they denied that their chairs would have had bed bugs in them. I will never shop at Hudsons again. You have lost our business for good.
