With such a small kitchen staff, I certainly understand the chance things won't go right and appreciated how quickly they fixed the issue and how open they were to remaking it. We also enjoyed their wine list, which was compiled of boutique Hunter Valley wineries rather than just the big names. The owner let us know she visits all the wineries and makes choices based on the authenticity and building partnerships in the local region, which helped create a memorable experience for us. At the end of the day, this is a beautiful restaurant without the extreme costs associated with many of the restaurants on the other side of the bay! They created a warm and inviting environment and I'd certainly visit again. The waitress said yes it was breast meat. When I received the wrap, the meat used was definitely not breast meat. I'm pretty sure it was the same stuff we use at work which is frozen chicken and includes ALL parts of the chicken so who knows what's in it. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress she went and checked and said the manager said it was breast meat. Bottom line, is that it was not breast meat, and nothing else was offered even after they told me it was going to be a breast meat wrap. Will not be returning to this restaurant, the place did habe a nice view though.
