Just because he gives great haircuts and is also a super nice and cool/chill guy. I've been to places where it's awkward (I'm sorry but I don't need to hear about your divorce, lady) or the barber has a weird attitude, but Drew is a laid back dude and easy to talk to, so it's a chill 30-40 minutes being stuck on the chair getting a cut from him. The barber, Glenn, was rude and aggressive from the second I walked through the door. Did not pay attention to the shape of my head, the hair on the sides were cut unevenly, leaving me to look like I had thin bald spots. The top wasn't cut with any reason, leaving random longer pieces in random spots. He wasn't open to any communication about how I usually style my hair. I am traveling for work around the country and I have never seen anyone be so rude while giving me such a bad haircut.

According to Sport Clips HQ in Texas, someone changed my reservation from "active" to "returning later" since I had not arrived in the store by 1057 am (a functional impossibility as I live 14 minutes away), they released my position in the line up. Consequently, when I arrived at 1101am and waited for the person at the counter to complete a customer checkout, I was informed that I no longer had a reservation, was not in the queue and had to re-reserve my spot in line at 1109am. I was finally called back about 1130 am and checked out at 1141 am. This was completely unacceptable and watsed my time and effort. I had to rescedule two appointments over this and to say I am unhappy is an understatement.
