I won't ever go back to the kid's haircut places again after all my requests were ignored and we were rushed through. Bring cash, as it is cash only. I highly recommend this place.

Corey asked me if I left my Stanley cup there the last time I was there..(2 months ago!) and I looked over to my amazement... And yes, it was mine... I knew I left it behind somewhere, but I had no idea where. They not only remembered me... But they held onto it ..saving it for me ..two months later!! I can't say enough good things about the shop... My grandson visits from Texas during the summer and over Christmas break and we always make a point to go back to the Chop Shop! Made my way over, and waited less than 5 minutes before the barber was ready for me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was former military and spent some time based in Hawaii where I'm from. I told him how I like my fade, and he delivered perfectly. He was very friendly and we chatted it up the whole time. The service is great, the vibe is awesome, and the prices are super reasonable especially with the quality of cut received. Would gladly return again!!

I researched, made a choice, and booked Alejandro on my only day off before a 10 day stretch. Booked well in advance and planned my day around my cut and beard trim. I GUARANTEED a 20 percent tip on a credit card which was odd but I obliged. Two hours before my appointment I get an auto cancellation message. No explanation , just a "you're out of luck" email. Many calls and texts to the phone number here and from booking went unanswered. They don't care about clients evidently. Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. Steer clear, since I'm still not sure if they are going to charge my card. May need to be reported for fraud, not sure yet.

** Dont book with Ral! **…read more ***Always late, reschedules your appointments, and cancels your appointment within less than 3hr notice! **** Since moving to the area this is the only shop i have tried. Started going to Ral which he cuts good and no issues with the haircuts however all 4 times i have scheduled an appointment he is never on time and makes me wait about 15-20minutes. This last time i scheduled my apt for friday at 2:15pm and Thursday night he rescheduled my apt to 1pm giving me less than 24hr notice, so i couldnt do it so rescheduled the apt for Sunday 9:15am. Well i get a text message at 6:44am sunday morning saying my apt is cancelled and he is sick but didnt even hook me up with someone else since he cant. Had i cancelled my apt within 24hr i am held accountable to still pay but apt was rescheduled once and cancelled 1 yet nothing. Verg disappointed with Ral and how he wasnt held accountable when showing up late and having customers wait. Get a haircut with any other barber in the shop!
