If the location isn't open then ppl shouldn't be able to call beforehand to reserve beds. The location isn't technically open. Reserving a bed turns into a radio call in competition. Other locations like cypress have an online option which is WAY more fair to all the paying clients.

I wanted to go somewhere good, reasonable, and with nice offerings. Thanks to your reviews, I found this gem. Located in a strip center next to a Kroger, I never would have found it otherwise. The staff are amazing. Tracey and Connie in particular took such loving and attentive care of me every time - as if I was some kind of celebrity or something. The services at BB are tremendous for their space. They really maximize what they have there. The facility is sparkling clean, and they take a lot of pride in the products and services they offer. I especially enjoyed the hydration station and the sauna stations in addition to the amazing tanning beds. I tried 3 different tanning beds and they were all KILLER. Really great quality, clean, nice, beautiful beds. The only pictures I took were of me before and after for my boyfriend. They are silly, but they kind of show how lovely everything is and how lovely I feel there. If you decide to go, make sure to be awesome to the staff there. This was the first time doing a infrared body wrap and I REALLY enjoyed it. The effects after my wrap left me feeling rejuvenated, energized, and relaxed. My skin feels so smooth. The teeth whitening works too! My teeth were noticeably whiter, and my usually sensitive teeth were not bothered at all by the treatment. The inside of the shop is really cute too. It has a rustic boutique feel, and Ashley is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back soon!
