They let her use the nurses station phone when I was able to actually get through to them. I could go on and on. Stay away from this place. Especially if you are out of town. They are not helpful to your situation at all.

They also have an extremely friendly staff that customizes their treatment to each individual. My grandma doesn't need much help, and they do a good job giving her the space she needs. Every time I pick her up to go out to breakfast or lunch, she always has great stories of all the activities she's doing everyday. I could go on and on about the benefits of living here.
