If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me. Over the years, the quality has declined. Many of the top artists have left, and lash sets often…read moredon't last more than two weeks, which isn't worth the price. I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. That said, it's still a beautiful salon.
