Sometimes, it takes them 3 weeks to respond which is not a way to conduct business. We only used them as they were local and did senior law. We did use them in the past, and they were more prompt in responding. If you need wills or other legal matters to attend to, use someone else as they are not responsible. Now, we have to go find another lawyer to finish what they started and pay extra fees which is unfair to us because as seniors, money is tight for us.
