He's hard to contact once he has your money and he will charge you up every time you call him for an update. We discontinued service with him and our new attorney is doing and has done everything that Sergio said we couldn't do, for a fraction of what Sergio charged us. Our new attorney had to also fix all of his mistakes. BEWARE of Sergio, he is not experienced and will treat you unethically once he is not benefiting from you anymore.
