I am modifying my review because the owner has reached out to contact me and seemed sincere in his efforts. While this is the type of scenario that can't be redone, I don't hold grudges and maybe the woman had an off day. I had hoped to work with this firm when my leg was split open but it didn't work out that way. I am happy the owner cared enough to reach out to me and for that I am fine with modifying the stars previously given. The person answering the phones is the welcome mat to your business. They will either welcome you in, slam the door in your face or give you better directions...... If you can't help someone just point them in a new direction, especially in an injury situation. This was one of the rudest encounters I have had yet !!! I called to speak to an attorney, none available of course and the "older" woman proceeds to ask what happened. She listened to me for 3 seconds and said "ummm no we can't help you" she didn't even listen or try.
