Her terms were straightforward and she was professional, yet friendly. I liked two of her three initial designs and vacillated a lot between them. She was patient and modified the designs based on my input and got back to me promptly. I ended up really liking the logo that I eventually choose. I appreciated her skill in being able to come up with a design that would appeal to a broad age range, convey a sense of optimism for people seeking help with a communication disorder, and also complimented my LLC name. It was not what I had originally envisioned for a logo - it was much better! I am so happy that I did not go with a "do it yourself" generic logo.

Overall, I'm happier with TDS than I was with Spectrum. Fewer outages, decent internet speed, lots…read moreof TV channels for the price. As with every company on earth, customer service is lacking. It takes forever to connect with a live person and that person is not proficient in English so I keep asking them to repeat themselves. I have a 16 year old Sony "dumb" TV so I can't stream, but when I can, I'll probably not need TV from TDS any longer.

I received notice of disconnection, warning that failure to pay full past due amount would result…read morein disconnection of service by a certain date. I owed balance of $105.71 and made payment for $100.00. Sure enough, TDS disconnected my service over overdue amount of $5.71. Having used them for years means nothing to them. When I logged into my account it listed a new amount, due later this month. I paid that in full, and funds were deducted immediately from my account. But my service was not restored. When I called customer service later today, I was advised it takes a few days to reflect the payment and that tds would reactivated my service by end of business day, but there would be reconnection fee. So tds can turn off my service over a few bucks, but has no duty to immediately and automatically reconnect service because their systems are not smart enough to update a payment in real time? Finally, their customer service reps have the personality of a gray rock.

These guys did a pretty good job. They took their time but were very thorough and made sure I had…read morethe affidavit on time. I would try them again. I would rather have good service than no service at all. I would like to add that I hate YELP & think they should be shut down.
