They were professional from the moment I called and walked in to meet the nice owners. They let me look at their limo options and even go inside to check out the cool interior details! We settled with the white Escalade SUV limousine and was extremely satisfied with this choice. The limo first picked the groom (my husband and always + 1 Dan) and the groomsmen at our house and dropped them off at the church. The limo did arrive a little early but was patient and professional. Once the limo picked myself and the bridesmaids up at the Mansion the limo driver opened the doors and was very kind. He dropped us off at the church and waited for us to come out. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome!! The bridal party, Dan, and myself took photos at the Albright Knox, the rose garden, and Hoyt Lake. It started to rain at the Rose garden and the limo driver let us borrow the umbrella which was appreciated! Status Limousine provided us with a smooth fun ride, good music, ice, and flutes! Made it easy, I remember once we got off the phone I thought "Wow, they were so friendly". Day of, Mike our driver shows up-Down to Earth! Mike was so helpful, helped us set up our tailgate, gave us suggestions on where to set up, what area to claim, I even caught Mike cleaning up after everyone!! He helped unload all our crap and load all our crap at the end. We even had someone lose their phone and Mike was very helpful with looking and taking care of the situation. Mike was fun! If you ever been to a Buffalo Bills game you would understand the state everyone was in after, in a professional way Mike helped us gather everyone and keep us in line, which was much appreciated. First, it took about a month before we received a return phone call to even book them, that should have been a warning. we left several messages and ultimately we're going to move in a different direction but then out of the blue we received a return call. Because we wanted to do something awesome for our community, we went ahead and secured the gaming trailer for 2 nights. $1200 The employees who oversaw the event were terrible, disrespectful, smoked in the park, the whole gaming truck smelled like smoke. Several controllers didn't work. We were told the workers would maintain the crowd, they sat in the trailer or their trucks for the entire event. This was an evening event, so we depended on the lights from the movie screen, ( which we were told would be on) which they would not put on the 2nd night. Claimed it was too cold, but it was the same temperature as the first night when they did have the screen on. no one ever mentioned the temperature outside would impact the ability to have lighting. In essence, you didn't even know what the trailer was because it was so dark. I think the most disheartening thing is when we called the owner afterwards to express our concern that what we paid for was not what we, we never heard from them again. They took our $1200 and were not the least bit concerned that it was an unpleasant experience. Warning, beware before you book with this company. In this case you do not get what you pay for.

Sent a limo bus on a 89 degree day with no air conditioning and no radio. They were told by the driver, it's close so you will be fine and as for the radio the girls had to bring their own speaker to listen to music. It was extremely hot on there and with one girl being 8 1/2 months pregnant they couldn't be on that bus all day. I had to call the office twice before they agreed to switch buses. The driver wasn't happy he had to meet the new bus half way and told the girls "he had to meet the new f'ing bus half way" and was annoyed. Well the new bus came and it did have a radio, but there was air conditioning issues with that bus as well. The new bus wasnt a limo bus like we rented but a shuttle bus which is significantly cheaper. I called the office on the Monday after and was told they could have a free limo day. Well we live 2 hours away and a free limo day would come with us paying for hotel for a weekend again, wine tour fees and gratuities for the driver. We asked for a partial refund and was told no. Even asks for the difference in price for the limo bus to shuttle bus and they denied that as well. Very unprofessional company who we paid $1500 for a broken limo bus and a shuttle bus

Very bad bus driver and Hitler tactics amid COVID regulations. First, the company sends everyone…read moreon the bus ride a txt when they board that has a link to tap on if they see another passenger without a mask. During my bus ride, Of course some fool taps on the link, probably just to see what would happen, or there was a real snitch. The driver screeches to a halt on the highway and come screaming down the isle at all of us. Threatening to put anyone he sees without a mask outside on the shoulder of the highway. It's 20 degrees F outside. I thought he'd give himself an aneurysm. People were panicked, and no one was caught without their mask, so we didn't see any freezing fatalities. A few days later I got an email, then a call, that someone in that bus had COVID. So, now I was suspect. I had No symptoms now or ever. Even after the 45 minute interview I gave the guy, their office continued to call and Harass me 2-3 times a day about the 2-week quarantine they insisted I was under. I had to block the number. I will never use this bus company again. The bathroom stunk on urine and overall, bus didn't seem clean. But the worst thing was the aggressive bus driver, who also yelled at us at each Rest stop that we would be left there if not on the bus in time. Maybe they could txt this information instead of the snitch link.
