Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

Anyhow, the tech showed up and he was so knowledgeable about the ants and cobweb types and spiders at our house, he wasn't pushy at all, just explained what an every other month service could provide for us. I ended up signing up for service every other month. This company is so great! The tech stayed there while I had to go back to work, completed the service, took down all the cobwebs and sprayed all over. He even closed the garage and secured my back yard before leaving. With the drought followed by the influx of water with recent rains, I had every kind of bug - spiders, ants, etc. in my home. Nothing I did stopped them. I have two babies in the house and I reused to allow my husband to spray anything for fear it could harm them. Finally, after finding a spider literally crawling around my youngest baby, I broke down and called Keillor's Pest Solutions. And THANK GOD I did! Justin offered to come out the next morning (I called in the evening, or I think he's have offered to make it that same day). My schedule didn't allow that, so he came out when it was convenient for me later in the week. He showed up, shook my hand and got right to work. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers, respecting my clean floors - which sounds silly, but it means a lot when I barely manage to keep my home clean with two kids. A contractor coming in a dirtying the floors is literally the worst! I also appreciate the fact that he uses baby-safe products. He made me (the biggest skeptic) feel comfortable and that my babies would be safe after spraying. And, for all the well-meaning husbands out there who "can do it [yourself]," I get it. But!
