I discovered termites a few weeks back I called three companies and requested three estimates for service request. Ronny came out with another fella arrived i don't remember his name. They arrived on time, they were very thorough besides one other company they both were neck and neck after reviewing all yelp reviews I decided to go with Advanced. Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great. read more

I've been a customer of Advanced for a few years. I signed up for their yearly plan, which is a good value if you live in an area with lots of ants or rats or wasps. Here's a good example of what this company is all about: A rat trap tripped at 2 am in my attic. The trap caught the arm of the rat, and the (poor) rat spent all night screaming. I called my usual tech at 8am Sean to come out, but he had the day off. BUT Sean still called me back...ON HIS DAY OFF to make sure I was taken care of. If that's not service, I don't know what is. Another tech, Michael came to my house by 9:30, and even though it was actually pretty scary to grab a screaming live rat, Michael handled it like a pro. Wore a mask (Covid times) and wore shoe covers. Jennifer was a call station tech in the Roseville station, and she was super helpful as well. She empathized with me and my general reaction to the situation. She didn't make me feel bad at all for being a bit more squeamish about the situation than I imagine the average person would be. I have to re-up my membership soon. I'll be doing that for sure. Catching live rats screaming in the attic? Yo. That's worth hecka dollars in my mind. Michael. If you read this: You're my hero. I scheduled a termite and dry rot inspection with Advanced IPM, and Ronny came out promptly to closely inspect my house. He was very professional and thorough and answered all of my questions. One piece of rotten trim was found, and a reasonable estimate was given to replace it. Jeff and crew did great work replacing that rotten trim board, and while recaulking other trim boards, more hidden dry rot was found from behind, which they also replaced. They were very careful to replace rotten backing boards as well and spray Tim-bor and carefully paint the trim. Very happy with their service and the quality of the work done. read more

I requested a termite inspection of my barn, as we had replaced siding and noticed a few unrecognizable bugs flying about. An inspector came out and stated that the bug I described might be a subterranean termite. He did NOT see any nor find other evidence of termites, describing mud tunnels which would be seen, and there were none. After quoting almost $800 in case I wanted a "preventative" treatment, I told him that, having just spent alot on repairs, that was something I would have to think about. He agreed and said that if I saw any real evidence, then that would he the time to do the treatment. Just got back from vacation and read his report, which has "subterranean termites" checked and states the report goes to "State of California"! Called the company to speak to a manager to get this report corrected and spoke with Danny, who apologized and stated the report will be corrected to state no termite evidence found. Not many options for treating bedbugs we found. We discovered them in the master bedroom. Fortunately they hadn't found their way to any other rooms. We tried the usual Home Depot remedies and they failed miserably. It was the weekend so we had to wait til Monday to get in touch with exterminators. Clark Pest was more expensive and weeks out. We still had to wait a bit for Integrated and had to move out for an overnight. They started fairly early and after we turned up the thermostat, they came in the heaters toasted the bugs. We came home later and cooled off the house. Integrated returned 10 days later to confirm the bugs were dead. We will hopefully never need them again. I highly recommend them though. read more

I was referred to Advanced IPM by my family and had them come out and give me a quote. Wallace came by to look at everything and even pointed out a few spots my old company missed. Update on the rotten floorboards from a few years back. The company never got back to me regarding the rot they supposedly fixed and wanted to post an update. During a bath remodel, we found that the work that was done during escrow was subpar and unsafe. They cut out rotted floorboards without supporting them. They even nailed into rotted floorboards so as soon as we stepped on them they fell. It looks like they poured tar on rotted floorboards rather than replacing them. The work was done as part of a home sale so they probably wanted to put a band-aid on a problem in order to close. After bringing this to Advanced IPM's attention, they admitted it was their fault but offered free pest services. The repairs cost me 3k. After not hearing from them, I tried going through the pest and contractors board. But because it was done during escrow, I had no standing. I don't know about their pest services but I do not recommend them for other services. read more
