Wasps were back within their 30-day guarantee, the technician came back, sprayed again, and the wasps were back again within a couple weeks. They refused to refund, instead offering to send out a technician for a third time to provide a snake oil service that doesn't work. It's borderline fraudulent that they charge $342 for a service they can't even provide. Save your headache and money and use a $7 can of foaming spray yourself, or at least use a legitimate company who's business model isn't "rip off the customer, refuse refunds, and try to justify the exorbitant expense".
