The Cellar is apparently a liquor store for women, whatever that means. I never bothered going in there as all of these places have drive-through order ports. Three stars because the staff that tends to your orders at the drive-through are knowledgeable, and quick to take your order, and process your payment. Such swiftness and order. BTW, if you don't want to drive out there, there're a few liquor stores in Buffalo Springs, an unincoporated town of Lubbock, southeast of the Loop.
