We asked very politely hey can we just give the kids cupcakes and sing a little happy birthday after the play session and the employee checking us in said yes Well, some other guy came in and was angry at life and once we started singing and the birthday boy mid cupcake & the other kids started getting cupcakes he started yelling, literally yelling at my friend and her kid that she can't do that in here! And then he lowered his voice & said we'll finish bc you're already started so she said ok and tried to quickly pass the rest of the mini cupcakes out & dude suddenly flipped his life and started screaming and berating her that she had to stop & said a bunch right now and so all of the kids started crying because they saw the mini cupcakes but now couldn't have one so we all left (some of us mid play session and some at the end) and did cupcakes literally outside in the heat because this lunatic acted that way. My friend was shaking after the ordeal and she frantically apologized because she was scared since a dude much bigger than her got in her face to scream at her and I've noticed the owners like to get picky on semantics when they argue with reviewers so I can't recall his exact wording but his voice and tone were very unfriendly & loud & my child among others were screaming and crying because of him Any other business would've said oh well if our employee told you yes, go ahead and finish but you can't do this next time and then handled it internally quietly and not in front of customers. I worked in customer service & retail for years & couldn't fathom berating paying customers that way. Other than that, nothing remarkable about the place. They mainly have imaginative play boxes so good for very specific type of kids, a large ball pit which was nice and one slide and a wind tunnel but the playroom has a huge wind tunnel and a super nice owner & altitude has a huge foam pit that works just fine and they're under $15 for weekday mornings. Little leaf will get you a fully decorated birthday party no cleanup needed & private for 2 hrs for $650 ish if you're trying to book a party whereas a common complaint on this place is the exorbitant birthday fee for no privacy & they don't even cleanup the party. They do have plenty of parking being in a huge shopping center and they have tons of influencer videos about them online - I can only assume paid? I did see them pick up toys during the session but I didn't see them wiping them down or where they put them In my opinion, don't come here as there's too many better options

The location was bright and welcoming. Having never been to a Build-A-Bear before, none of us knew what to do and the employees there were very patient and helpful. My daughter picked Glitzen a rainbow deer and my son picked a red T-Rex. They got to help stuff by stepping on the pedal and because Glitzen (aka Glitter) did not have her seam thread, the employee let them go create their "bear's" birth certificate while he stitched her up. The kids had $60 each so we left with Glitter, the deer, and three tutus for any and every occasion. We also left with Rex the T-Rex, a jedi light saber (he's a bad guy, because they only had red light sabers) and a jedi outfit and a t-shirt tux.

There was one employee wandering to help, and to belay people on the non-auto belays. The attractions were very well done and there was a decent sized bouldering area as well. The party room upstairs was clean and there was plenty of bathrooms and places to sit. We got a "free lesson" card so maybe we'll be back!

My only con was the spinning swing as one attendee was hit in the head by one of the chairs and the bottom of it was wood. Hopefully, the issue was rectified, but I honestly would bring my kids back. Strong supervision by parents is a must though. I also received a call from an employee a few weeks after visiting personally inviting us to join a weekend event being hosted at Fun Time While Learning. We appreciated being reached out to and enjoyed our time there.

Monkey bars, a few different climbing activities including the rock wall. Swings for the babies and they even have a peaceful room. My kids spent most of the time with all the toys. Parents are welcome and encouraged to play with the kids. There was a employee there cleaning after the kids so I can stay organized. It's was $19.99 for one child and $17.99 for the sibling. A session is two hours long which I find reasonable. The goal was to get the kids tired and it worked out exactly that way. My kids did not want to leave and I'll definitely be bringing them again soon!

He explained the rates of each room, how pricing works, what is and is not allowed in the event space, and let me know when I could come in for a tour. We stopped by a little after 7 one night to see the room and the guy working the front desk was more than happy to show us the room we were interested in reserving and answered all our questions. The next day, I spoke with Lee and reserved the space. It was a super easy process and I appreciated that he always responded very quickly if I had any questions. There were plenty of room options to host an event and the cost was very budget friendly. On the day of our event, things were flawless. We had no problem getting access to the room when we arrived on the day of our event and the room was already setup just as I discussed with Lee. The rooms are nice and spacious and the center has recently undergone a renovation so the rooms and bathrooms are updated and look much different than they do on their website. There is plenty of parking nearby and it's pretty easy to find the building. A really good experience and if I ever need a space for an event, I'll be sure to check out the community center first!
