The drinks didn't come until we reminded the waitress once our entrees showed up. (The wine was fine, for the record -- a Spanish temperanillo). The other side dish, sweet-potato "barrels" -- was a pretty tasty take on tater tots. The waitress asked how the food was, and I explained, as nicely as I could, the "one of these things is not like the other" elk medallions, making it pretty clear they were Not Good. Her response? "So, would you like those boxed up to take home?" Again, I had high hopes, but any signs that this is anything but a pedestrian hotel restaurant (and really maybe not even that good) should be ignored.
