They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. We were greeted by Steve, explained what we were looking for and we went home with some carpet samples. Nice & easy! No deposit needed by the way, like at other stores. My husband and I decided on the carpet. We called Steve & he came to our home to take measurements...and about two weeks later our carpet was installed. I am incredibly happy with the thorough, professional and excellent job done by the two carpet installers. they took very good care of the few pieces of furniture that I needed their help moving. They worked straight through, no breaks and finished in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned up, they vacuumed the area and made sure I looked at their work it before they left. The price we paid was very reasonable. It included taking the old carpet with them as well. Every person that I've encountered at the store is very kind, polite and professional. My only critique is I called the store on a Sunday to find out if our carpet had arrived, for installation on Wednesday. The person I spoke to said they would call me back on Monday to confirm. I did not get a call back. So I called on Tuesday to confirm that the carpet would be coming on Wednesday. The reason I wanted to confirm is it's a lot of prep work moving clothes out of closets, furniture and all of our stuff out of the way. And if for some reason the carpet was delayed that would help me with planning. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this store for future needs. They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts. To Fred's credit, he did not tell us the name of the glass firm and he took full responsibility for them. I recommend Kingdom and would use them again. Just insist on a different glass vendor.
