The product came VERY well packed in the box to prevent damage. The map itself is awesome! Besides showing continents, it has drawings in the margins depicting scenes of native animals and native people, many drawn as one might expect in 1719, as fearsome creatures in a strange new land. The map comes mounted on a pair of beautiful cherry wood slats, a presentation style which I feel is more authentic than a common picture frame. Over the last couple of years as our budget and time has allowed, she's helped us to evolve our home design including living room, office, entry, and bathroom.
