There's a spacious parking lot, which was our reason for stopping here instead of Rosie's. Sports bar vibe with an unexpected, but welcomed, music genre playing, at a readonable volume. There a lot of (not very adventurous) taps to choose from & it comes out frosty. Definitely chain quality food, which we typically try to avoid. Dishes had very one note flavors, rather bland with no depth, herbs, etc. The perfect foods for people who haven't developed tastebuds, if you will. I was looking for a place to have poutine because a friend of mine said if I ever make it to Canada I needed to try it at least once. I had planned a trip to Moose Jaw for historical purposes and Trip Advisor listed this Brewhouse which had an attachment to check out the menu. They were the only one is Moose Jaw I could check the menu online for poutine. Needless to say the Brewhouse did not disappoint their Poutine was awesome. My husband and I also tried burgers in their menu and the Honey cake. I asked the waitress for a fruity tasting beer she picked one that was delicious Gran Vale Raspberry (if that's wrong sorry). Needless to say these two Texans were stuffed when we left. Awesome place to check out if your ever in Moose Jaw. read more

Stopped in there 2 weeks ago had the all dressed pizza and a beer ! It was a green pepper and onion pizza , wanted to save a couple pieces of meat for my puppy in the truck ! None to be found ! Had to hunt the waiter down to pay , threw the rest of it in the garbage outside the door ! They will never see me again ! read more

pretty solid service. food was tasty. the cutlery was oddly weighted and difficult to use. also the exit doors were push doors but they had the pull bars? I blame the management for that. would come back again though read more

Service was horrible. Sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before the bartender even came over to get my drink order. I should have known better than to stay and order food. 10 minutes after ordering beer, it was finally served. Food was ok at best. Waited another 15 minutes after my first beer was empty before the bartender asked if I wanted another. Won't go back. read more

Update: Changed my review to a 3 star, was contacted and was asked to email in regards to are negative review. Unfortunately email either didn't make or was overlooked due to me removing my post. Hope they do better in the future! Only giving a 3 star just for the waitress who apologized and agree things should of been much better. read more

Was here to eat and drink on 5/26 and was not impressed. Service was not good-The waitress will take our order then leave for 10 minutes or more then return to see if we need anything and left again. This continued 4- 5 times. We had the cubed beef appetizer which was kind of dry and lacking in taste. The one in Chestermere was much better. read more

I wish that a place that calls itself the Canadian Brewhouse would stock at least a few Canadian *craft beers/microbrews*. They do stock a lot of Canadian beer made by big corporations and a few "crafty" beers that look like microbrews but are actually made by big corporations (e.g., Shocktop). With all of the great Saskatchewan microbrewing, it is a shame not to have at least one rotating small brewery tap. Give us some Rebellion, Nokomis or Prairie Sun! The food is normal chain restaurant food. Not bad, but not great, large portions. I thought the bacon mac and cheese was decent comfort food. Our server was very friendly and although it may annoy some, I liked having the call buttons at the table. It makes it easy to get your check when needed. I am giving this three stars which is generous but there are very few good restaurant options in Moose Jaw and this place is by the theater so I am likely to return. read more

There was a group of 7 of us wanting lunch on Sat(Oct 26). The staff was quite upset with us that we hadn't made a reservation and the place was quite empty. Had three different staff ask us what we wanted. One waitress rolled her eyes and another waitress walked away mumbling under her breath . Then an third waitress came over and then walked away. Since it seemed to be too much of an effort to put 2 tables together we left. Hopefully the group of 10 people behind us got better service. Never been to this restaurant before and I guess I never will be. read more

Beer was cold that was good. Fries were cold, I'm sure the burnt burger was sitting in a warm up tray for more than an hour luke warm. Had to ask for cutlery, didn't ask me if I wanted another beer. Not going back read more

First time there I sat out in the spacious sunny patio, once I found a shady seat, the cool mist sprayer kept me very comfortable on a warm July afternoon. I ordered the spicy BBQ pork chop. Great choice! A nice thick chop that was cooked just as I like. Very tasty! Veggies very crispy and favourable mashed potatoes as a side. On top of that the service was friendly and timely. Definitely a place I'll return to ..... many times! read more

I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is nice and not in your face with the sports bar theme. Very big, open and clean. They have pagers for wait staff which I have never used but I imagine prevent a lot of impatient customers from getting angry; this also means there is very little reason not to leave the standard 15% tip- I hear undertipping is an epidemic in Moose Jaw. My service has been friendly and great so i've gone a little higher even. Lastly, they have a trivia channel, so if don't like sports there is a fun interactive trivia. The food was typical but better than expected. The portions are big and i've yet to have something that was overwhelmed with grease. There is a lot to choose from and some items are edgy which is great variety. Beverages- I'm not a microbrew/hipsterbrew fan so I was fully satisfied with their gigantic selectic of beers on tap. They have several lesser known brands on tap, which is awesome. Overall, I went expecting another chain sports bar and for yet another "wing night" type place in Moose Jaw. This is now on my small rosters of places to bring friends for diner and drinks! read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I've done the waitressing, managing and bartending thing for more years then I would like to admit (11) so I'm pretty understanding when it comes to being super busy and not prepared or whatever the case may be. However after waiting an hour for our two appetizers, (without complaining) and receiving them cold..... We were from then on completely ignored by our waitress.... We waited 30 minutes as I tried to get her attention. She walked by us at least 6 times with out even acknowledging us to ask how everything was. I finally had to ask another waitress for our bill and explain I did not want my cold food. She was amazing and promptly got our bill, discounted our food and got us on our way. I don't care about the food taking a long time... or the fact it came out cold.... or the fact they were very busy and the drinks took awhile. What I do care about is the fact I went into an establishment expecting a nice lunch and willing to pay for it (not a cheap place) and in turn being completely ignored. Like I say I was a waitress... I get it.... I still would have been satisfied if she acknowledged me and at least asked how our food was. I tip great. Your loss Jamie. Someone needs to help her become better or she should not be working there. Brutal. read more
