Absolutely the worst service we have received in years. Group of 7 took over an hour to get our food after ordering. Nothing but hand helps. total of 2 hours to have a drink, order food and get our bill. Then had the audacity to charge for a drink we didn't have. The worst management we have encountered. So I was in Regina for work and my coworker found this place. It was so good. Everyone has to try the dill pickle bacon vodka soup. It was creamy, tangy and so good. And of course for my main meal I had the dill pickle linguini. I highly recommend it. When I go back to Regina I will definitely stop by again. read more

I'm in Regina tonight and supper with a friend at Birmingham's. We split an order of V-Chips ... they were tasty and addictive. I got an order of wings from "Canada - Maple & Bacon". While not overly large or tender, the sauce was good. Shawna was craving chicken fingers and got a salad instead of fries. The chicken tenders were huge! Our server was Dayna. Have been to the north one twice now and both time great Neptunes beard had been horrible. Like who in their right mind now instead of a mini burger on top now puts deep fried pickles covered in hot sauce on top now. The bacon taste old aswell as the burger patties. Have have it once a month at the east location and has been so good! But their north location is not good at all with not the greatest service either. read more

started out good. server was polite and got our drink order quickly. ordered our food and when it came my server proceeded to dump my food on my lap, staining my shirt and leaving me a bit embarrassed. she did apologize and the manager brought my food out without an apology or anything and when we were done, nothing done on the bill...I don't ask for free stuff but at least do something...show me you'd like me to return. do better read more

Food was good. Service was next to absolutely pathetic. Obviously management doesn't care about service but kitchen rockin it.

What an incredible place. I was in Regina for work earlier in the year and it came suggested by someone local. The food was amazing, service was incredible as was the atmosphere. I wanted to give this place another shot...my fault for not googling the menu prior to bringing a group of friends here. I haven't been to a place in the past year that has less vegan friendly options than here. With plant based eating becoming more popular you'd think there'd be some sort of modifications you could do at the least....but you have to severely modify even the salads to find something to eat. And by then you're paying 15 dollars for a salad you could throw together at home. People like to bring groups of people here, and the odds of someone in the group being vegan or of similiar diet is high these days. Had I known, this group of 8 people would have taken the business elsewhere which sucks. Noones asking for elaborate vegan options like Vic's, Lancasters, earls, or your other competators have - but one option would have been amazing! read more

One of the best pubs in Regina. Love their wings (any flavour is awesome) and the stuffed yorkies. It's a really chill place to catch a game, hang out with friends or just stop by for a quick bite to eat on a weekday. Perhaps not too often as they're seriously good about pub comfort food, it will affect your waistline. Bonus it's in my neighbourhood. Really good drink prices too and servers are always friendly and prompt, even when they're smoking busy. Stop by for a pint! read more

It's a noisy sports bar with a pretty good drink menu and an impressive food menu (for a noisy sports bar). I liked the ambiance (even though soccer was on every single television...come on, the Blue Jays season isn't over yet!) and the service was fabulous. Was there last night with some friends from out of town. Wanted to take them some place they hadn't been and wished I had suggested some place else. The waitress was slow and seemed to spend most of her time hanging with the guys behind the bar. It wasn't very busy and it was hard to get her attention. She also wasn't very informative when asked about the drink specials or the menu. My bacon Ceasar came without bacon and by the time I flagged her down and asked about it, she seemed annoyed I had the nerve to ask. I then had a Sangria, which was the worst I'd ever had. Food was okay but we were charged for extras we wouldn't have asked for had we been informed more about the menu. My friends and I were disappointed to say the least. read more

Stopped by Birmingham's for the first time on December 28, 2018 with my old business partner from Vancouver. We were impressed with the atmosphere, friendly serving staff and great food. The dry ribs were fabulous along with the unique to our market self-serve domestic beer table. I see more visits to Birmingham's in my future! read more

Went there last night with a group of 30 people, we moved around a lot and yet Melissa L. (Our server) didn't mess up any bill and knew everyone's drinks. She even spilt food items correctly, no one had any issues. The service was AMAZING! The drinks were delicious and delivered promptly. The owner/manager made sure everyone got home safely in their complimentary shuttle service!! And requests to turn the music up were even met. Amazing would recommend 10/10 read more

When birminghams had first opened I found the service wasn't great. Living only blocks away I go there often and it seems as if they picked through the bad servers and now I never have an issue. The food there is great I've never had one bad meal and their burgers are phenomenal; not to mention the v chips are a nice touch. read more

I was very disappointed with the last time I went. The service was dreadful!! As always the sweet potato chips were great, however the waitress brought the wrong dip. This is never a big deal, except if the waitress ever bothered to check back on the table I could have gotten the dip I liked. Instead I was left to eat them plain, and that was not good. Next, we both ordered medium rare steaks. They came out very well done. After waiting about 5 minutes for the waitress to return to fix the mistake it became apparent she was not coming back and we just ate the steak as was. It was not good! I also requested bbq sauce and she never brought it. We ran out of water as well because she never ever ever came back. Try chewing an over done steak with no water! I have been to this place where the food came out proper and it was great. However the lack of service and interest we experienced from the staff was enough to not go back. I feel like you pay good money to eat at a popular place and your service is not valued or appreciated puts a bad taste in your mouth. I don't care how good food is, if the service is terrible, I have no reason to return. read more
