They were not friendly, I spoke to two different people, once when placing my order and then again when confirming my order the day before the party. When placing the order the gentleman who I spoke to sounded annoyed, as if I was bothering him. I was asking for specific colors but seeing that they are a balloon supplier I didn't feel these were outrageous requests. . The color theme was blue, dark blue, light blue, white and sea foam. Basic simple colors 2 dozen 6 of each. When I arrived to my daughters the balloons were delivered and instead of dark blue they brought black. Seeing that I confirmed this order the day before I was annoyed that they got it wrong. In addition the women I spoke to when confirming was sharp and snippy I was barely able to get a thank you out before she hung up the phone. Now, keeping perspective, this was a child's birthday and nothing was ruined due to this error, I thought about calling but with my previous phone experiences I didn't feel they would be very responsive and why add to my irritation. I won't order from them again as there is a certain level of customer service you should be able to expect and unfortunately in my case KD sales made no attempt to convey even the basic customer service courtesies.

The tops of the shelves in the main showroom are topped with stacks of any kind of hat you can imagine. The back room has shelves and shelves of labeled cardboard boxes containing wigs, boas, gloves, costume jewelry and other props. There are many gag gifts here. You can find lots of little toys (bounce balls, plastic animals, cars, airplanes, etc.), perfect for filling gift bags for children's birthday parties. Stickers, makeup, party decorations...you name it, they probably have it. Be warned that the store is a little dingy and is not in the best neighborhood. We had made our guests' welcome bags with the shuttle information prior to the event and we found out the timeline that we had sent to the shuttle company a few weeks prior never was approved by their team. We ended up having to rent an additional shuttle to make our flow of events work. In addition, we had an after party and the bus had no music on it. This just led to a quiet ride and bored us a bit on the ride back to town. Having some tunes would have helped! They did what they had to do the day of and executed just fine.

My location is one hour round-trip keep in mind that I also had to secure the piece of equipment in the trailer. The rental agreement starts as soon as you pay your rental invoice. When returning the equipment I was charged additional $19 for being a half hour late. In the future, I will negotiate before signing any documents. I highly suggest that you do the same.

No matter how many ideas I brought to her, she always listened first and made sure our ideas remained the priority. Although we only hired Fineline Events for setup and teardown, I have absolutely no doubt that Missie could plan and coordinate an entire wedding from start to finish. She never tried to upsell us or convince us we needed services we didn't. Instead, she met us exactly where we were, respected every decision we had already made, and filled the exact role we needed. That flexibility is one of the many reasons I would recommend her to any couple, whether you're starting from scratch or already have everything planned. Walking into our reception and seeing two years of planning come to life without having to worry about a single detail is something I'll never forget. Then, after the wedding, hearing the heartfelt voicemail Missie left on our audio guestbook brought me to tears.
