When we walked in, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help, even though the store wasn't busy. At checkout, I politely asked several times for my items--especially the candles--to be double‑bagged. The cashier insisted it wasn't necessary and refused, which was frustrating since it was a simple request meant to prevent the bags from breaking. Once outside, I asked my friend to go back in and request two bags. Even then, the same cashier made her feel uncomfortable for asking before finally handing them over. A basic request like an extra bag shouldn't be an issue, and it certainly doesn't cost the employee anything. The overall service could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to friendliness and accommodating reasonable customer needs.

Many types of items for shelves, or tables. Plenty of wall hangings. They have shelves and unique, vinyl floor coverings. A large selection of candles, greenery and even some bracelets. If they run out of something, they can order for you and let you know when it is in stock. They say they have new items in about 3 times a week. They also have a 10 day return policy. We bought a few items from the shop so far and are very happy with the quality of the items and the helpfulness of the staff. We'll definitely be back!
