This law firm is made up of dirty criminals and crooks. I am fully disabled because of epilepsy caused by a brain tumor. I was falsely arrested in Waco Texas and went into a gran mal seizure at the jail. 6 very big sheriffs beat me while handcuffed and having a seizure. They broke my back, arm, hand and split my head open. They hid me in a cell with no medical attention. Carlson Law Firm "took" my case and told me to tell "no one". They told me it would be a minimum of ten million dollars since it was all on video. Carlson Law Firm was paid off to never get the video footage and run out the statute of limitations. Attorney Cheryl Powell was a bad attorney and I felt like she worked against me. I feel she helped opposing counsel remove an autistic spectrum loving father's parental rights. Please see my bar complaint for additional details. Remember, bar complaints affect malpractice insurance. It's good to complain here and on Goog, but be sure to send your complaint to the Texas Bar so her malpractice insurance hears about it. I was told I couldn't sue Carlson or Ms. Powell successfully, and that a Bar Grievance was the best I could hope for. Make yours count, too. This is a bad law firm. read more

It took a very long time but Dominic Braus pulled a rabbit out of a hat. For me it was never about the money but making the insurance pay what they should such as medical bills. Not only did Dominic get them to pay the medical, legal fees he got me a small settlement that I was not expecting.
