BED BUGS--DO NOT STAY HERE! Came here with my family to stay and after settling in, I saw a LARGE bed bug crawling on the bed near my feet. This place obvi isn't the fanciest and we knew this, but there has to be a BAD infestation with seeing them this size..not sure how housekeeping hasn't noticed and/or addressed it but I am completely and utterly disgusted. We changed out of our clothes we got into bed with and left them all behind so we don't risk bringing the bugs back to our home! So not only did we lose money from the booking but also leaving our belongings behind and not to mention a HUGE inconvenience to have to pick up and leave at 10:30 pm unexpectedly. I will never return to this place and I will make sure all of Adrian and the surrounding areas know to STAY AWAY. Wish I could give zero stars, oh and it was room 122 we were in!

Looks like a haunted building. There is carpet stains everywhere, all the lights flicker and are different colors. There is no service to your room. They also leave people's rooms open all day There front desk is rude and one even said they hate it there and are quitting. Just an odd place that needs new management

The room is gross the mattresses don't have mattress protectors and are full of stains the shower curtain wasn't changed has boogies on it there the tub doesn't drain correctly so your standing in dirty water there are stains on walls and cracks in ceiling I would not stay here again and I'd leave right now if my room wasn't paid for the week Also the pool is a nasty green so the price on the room is overpriced my kid wanted to go swimming

We were first assigned room 200, it didn't have a phone and the TV did not work. The lady at the front desk then assigned us to room 124. The posted pictures are all from room 124. It was about as nasty a room as you can imagine. Before we even settled in my wife made me take her to the Walmart down the road a bit to get some dis-infecting wipes, she refused to touch anything until she could wipe everything down. The remote for the TV looked as if someone spit food on it, so disgusting. I could write a book on this place as we spent 2 days here. It was absolutely horrible! I do not have the space or the energy to write a 100 page essay, however, the pictures should speak for themselves. I wouldn't recommend this run-down, tattered, outdated excuse for a hotel to anyone I know, not even an enemy! At one time this place was probably a very nice hotel, but years of neglect and mediocrity has taken it's toll. Any maintenance and repairs that have been done were not done by professionals, you can tell they were shoddily done by amateurs who didn't have a clue what he/she were doing. I could go on and on about the nasty carpets throughout the place to the wall paper falling down to the sleazy ceiling repairs in room 124. My advice to anyone reading this review .. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "LODGE", there are to many other choices in the near vicinity.

My first look at my room and I didn't even need my key.... Did not go in - wasn't sure, at this point, if it was mine.

Dirty hotel with a rude staff. Overcharged us until we caught it and emailed to have costs reversed.

I mad a mistake when reserving a room but she was able to correct it to two queen beds with no hassle! Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. After my show I crushed a workout in their huge gym. They had dumbells, machines, bikes and treadmills making any work out very accessible. After I woke up I had hot breakfast of eggs, toast and some oatmeal. The spread was huge! My partner had sausage, coffee and toast. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and I will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

I saw a single desk clerk running around all morning taking care of people, answering the phone and cleaning up tables in the afternoon. She was too young to be a manager and shouldn't have been working by herself with so many people running around needing help. There was an older lady handling the food prep for the breakfast and she was pretty much alone too. I caught a glimpse of a young man walking around with a mop and bucket, but no other staff the entire morning and afternoon I was in the hotel helping my sister and nephew get their stuff packed up. Three people on staff all day long is a terrible idea. The same clerk who had been rushing around taking care of people all day got yelled at by some other lady and no one stepped up to stop that lady from tearing into the poor clerk. The clerk didn't do anything wrong and kept her cool even when that lady accused her of being lazy and not doing a good job. Poor clerk was on the verge of tears but stayed professional after that other lady stormed out with a bug up her butt. I don't know what the lady's problem was, but she had no business being that rude and demeaning to a person who was just doing her job. Why wasn't there a manager there to support that clerk and help out with so many people in the hotel? Why wasn't there a manager helping to clean up the hotel? Why aren't there more staff present throughout the day in general? If a business or service is supposed to be available 24-7, then there needs to be a manager and full staff on call 24-7 too.
