I contacted the representative I had been working with and they arranged for a service call in early March. The service agent looked at what needed to be done and said he'd need to re-schedule to come and do the work. Haven't heard back since! I'm done chasing after them and taking time out of my day to have them fix something that should have been done right in the first place. Terrible customer service.

She helped select flooring that coordinated with the new kitchen cabinets and countertop (not their products). She helped us with paint colour too. She was patient with multiple visits and questions. We liked also that we were able to talk to the installer at the shop since we did our own prep to reduce costs. Recommended.
