I came into the store just after going to a few other flooring shops on the Victoria street strip. I should have just come here first and not wasted my time elsewhere. What I liked best about this place was that it wasn't overly big but it still had a big selection. I alsodidn't have to wait around for help or get bullied into a product by a pushy salesperson. Russ was very fun and very helpful at finding me a carpet for my basement. The install was done THE NEXT DAY! To top it off, the capet now looks super! Thank you thank you thank you. Got new carpet put in , in February and still waiting for the third contractor to come and correct the problems. Promises and promises. I think I should get some of my money back! The carpet downstairs looks terrible, Originally it was cut to short and the stairs were not done properly. We even took out all the carpet and underlay ourselves. read more
