We worked with Jasmine in the local office to design a 20x30 steel building. She was very nice and…read morehelpful. We went back for a redesign prior to starting fabrication, but they fabricated the building per the original design. Jasmine claimed she sent them the correct plans to fabricate. The installers were left to attempt to make what corrections they could on-site, but it is still not what we wanted. I was told to submit a work order. I was told to allow up to 2 weeks for them to review my request and contact me. Eight weeks later, I called them back and had to leave a message. They called me back a week later, and was told someone would contact me about my quirk order. Several weeks went by again with no call before I called back yet again, and was told the VP of the company would give me a call. He did not. Jasmine called and told me they were going to make it right even if they had to come out and take part of the building apart and fix it. It has now been another month, and not a word. They messed up, and now they are hoping I give up and it goes away. We were also told they weld everything. They do not. They weld about 12" of square tubing on the bottom rail and then slide support tubing over that 12" piece and screw it together. The siding material is littered with scratches. Scratches are supposed to be covered by warranty. They have made no effort to remedy that issue either. I guess, at least we have a building. Good luck. Better yet, don't bother. Update: many weeks went by with no contact. I called back again, only to be told again, that someone would call me. Crickets. We are now 8 months post install, and I am being told that they will not be fixing their mistake. The project manager is saying that they manufactured the building according to the plans they were provided, so they did nothing wrong. That may be true, but someone messed up not getting the correct plans to manufacturing. The company refuses to own up to their mistake for a building that cost us $10k.

My husband and I didn't start putting anything in the shed right away so when we did finally go back in mold began to set in when we discovered it was leaking and called repeatedly and finally got ahold of someone they told me oh you have to call corporate. The thing was barely on my property for a month but ok fine. Got in touch with corporate took forever and they finally sent someone to fix it about a week later. Now when I signed up for the financing portion with Jeremy I put down $1500 and he said I could finance the remainder $1500 or so. Ok great or so I thought, been paying on time if not earlier to get it paid off. I'm under the impression it's financed for $1500. Go to call RTO National the finance company they tell me I owe another $5000 on this shed. That was NOT what this Jeremy guy stated. So here I am now 5 months pregnant my husband is gone on deployment I'm trying to get everything handled here and I get that bomb dropped on me because of someone inaccurate information. Do not rent from this place. I would have went with the other place up the road that was actually a bit cheaper. Only reason I came here is because someone said oh we love our shed but it bought it years ago, you'll love yours. BS!!! Save yourself the headache and stress. I do not do liars and they can come pick up this block of wood off my property today!
