I worked for a well known real estate school for 8 years, so it's hard finding CE material that doesn't bore me to death. I came across The CE Collective with a google search and loved their options for elective classes. I watched a couple videos on their fb page and on YouTube and decided to give it a shot. I absolutely LOVE Thursday's energy! I chose What's Bugging You as my elective and I couldn't believe how fast it went by. My husband even sat down and watched the last half with me bc it was so intriguing. I've been a Realtor for almost 9 years and have always wondered (but never had to deal with) pest issues like bats, moles, voles, and different types of spiders. I learned so much and now feel like I'm prepared to handle any 'non traditional' pest issue with my clients. I'm taking my BIC update with them next week and I'm really looking forward to it! Contemplating taking another elective to put me ahead for next year, just because I really enjoyed the material and would like to learn more.
