Below is from the report to the BBB…read more Initial Incident (3/14): I visited the store and worked with CSR Jose for 40 minutes regarding a three-line upgrade. Upon learning of a $150 in-store setup fee, I initially declined. Jose explicitly advised me that if I proceeded in-store, the $120 upgrade fee ($40/line) could be waived by calling Verizon Customer Service later. Relying on this professional advice, I completed the transaction. Follow-up (3/17): On 3/17, I called Verizon Customer Service and spoke with Dominic. He informed me that the fees could only be waived if the store provided a specific note on the account. I returned to the store at 7:30 PM (30 minutes before closing) with Dominic still on the line to witness the resolution. Unprofessional Conduct & Discrimination: The interaction with the employee on duty was unacceptable: Refusal to Assist: The employee refused to provide his name, refused to notate the account, and stated it was "not his problem." Hostility: He refused to speak with Dominic (the corporate representative on the phone) and walked away while I was speaking. Discriminatory Remarks: Most disturbingly, the employee told me I was "too old" and should have simply followed his instructions to return when Jose was available. Evidence: This entire interaction was overheard by Dominic on a recorded Verizon line. Dominic expressed shock at the employee's behavior and the blatant lack of professionalism.

I had internet at home with AT&T until June 2022. I stopped the service and returned all the…read moreequipment on July 5th to UPS as the ATT agent had instructed me to do so. And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!

I had such a great experience thanks to Gregory that I felt like I had to come on here and share. I…read morecame in dealing with a pretty frustrating trade-in issue, and honestly, I was expecting it to be a stressful process. Instead, Gregory completely turned things around for me. From the moment he started helping me, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding a solution. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and walk me through each step so I never felt confused or overwhelmed. You can tell he knows what he's doing, but what stood out even more was how much he actually cared about making sure I left satisfied. Trade-ins can be tricky, but Gregory made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and fairly, and I never once felt rushed or brushed off. It's rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Because of Gregory, what could have been a negative experience turned into a really positive one. If you're going in and need help--especially with something complicated like a trade-in--I highly recommend asking for him. He truly made all the difference!

It would have saved us all some time if they would have just read the email I referenced and brought with me. Oh well, it's wasn't bad enough to make me want to switch away from AT&T but I doubt I'll ever go to that store again. Shame since it's just down the street from my office.

TMobile TRAVEL REVIEW…read more this is the worst site to use for travel. I called my hotel today (that I booked 4 months ago) to see if they had a cot they could add to my reservation (we leave in two days). The hotel informed me that my room was cancelled by TMobile travel. So then I had to call TMobile travel to find out the issue, they told me they never cancelled it but the hotel must've messed up and since this wasn't an urgent issue they would email their hotel partner (I leave in two days). I told them it was urgent. Finally they called me and told me the hotel didn't offer cots and that all they could do for me was rebook my room at a HIGHER RATE. So not the only did they cancel my reservation they wanted more money from me. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me I didn't need to because they gave me all the info I needed. Then they said all they could do was cancel my reservation and give me a refund. (TWO DAYS BEFORE I LEAVE). Disgusting. Will never use TMobile for anything again. Shame I can't cancel my phone plan.

You're better off getting your screen protector online and putting it on yourself…read more I made the big mistake of going to this store to get my screen protector replaced. I knew it was more costly then online, but my folks always get someone at the at&t store to do it for them so I figured I'd save myself a failed application attempt. As it turned out, the rep I was being helped by was completely incompetent when it came to putting on screen protectors, and he didn't even bother to inform me that the Galaxy s10 came with a screen protector already installed. He just removed it without getting my permission. Ok fine, he removed it, and I already paid for the new one. It gets better. Next he blew through 3 attempts trying to get my new screen protector on. He finally gave up and took my phone back to his supervisor to have her do it. Btw did I mention he dropped my phone on his way to the back office? Luckily there was damage but seriously come on! I finally did get that screen protector put on, but it wasn't applied well at all. There were air pockets and the curved edges weren't properly covered. Of course none of this was noticeable until the next day under the sunlight. At this point I was too infuriated with the competency of this establishment to show my face at this store again. I bought a 3 pack on Amazon for $12 and put it on myself. Best part is the Amazon ones come with a life time warranty. So much for being lazy heh? I will never go back to this TMobile and I suggest everyone does the same.
