DON'T GO HERE FOR A BATTERY FOR YOUR PHONE! They sold me a battery that was dead. It would not charge up to 100% and it lasted only one day. I'm sure he knew it was dead when he sold it to me. Also I was charged double price as to what I could order it online. But I wanted to replace the battery as soon as possible - BIG MISTAKE!!! Then when I handed him the money I had to ask for a receipt. The receipt stated no refunds or exchanges - too late then! Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

I was really sweating about finding a place to fix the screen on my ipad2. I was worried I would get overcharged, not be happy, and have no recourse. So many of these places are small, independent, and very new. No worries with this place! The gentleman was so friendly and nice! I had it back in less than 24 hours! He checks all of the functions before and after so you know the job was done correctly after the repair. The cost was 120 because it had cellular on it. I think it's about the going rate. My phone was broken and after trying to fix it myself, I called this location to get it fixed. The service man is very nice and obviously knowledgeable about cell phones, circuitry and computer boards. Although my phone was not fixed for good, we worked together and got it working for a bit. Long enough to check messages. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the owner is very rude and does not care about anything beyond money. When I went back to try and order new parts to fix the phone, he did not look up, did not speak clearly, and without even looking at which part I was pointing at, told me the part was $60. I happened to know the part was $12 TOPS, so I turned and walked out. I will never give any business to this "shop" again. read more

They are located inside the Farmer's market at the front of the store. If you were in a traditional grocery store, it would be where you'd find the courtesy counter. The sign says T & T Wireless. So, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I gave my daughter my iPhone 4. I had the phone for 2 years, and of course after only 2 weeks she cracked the screen. Two weeks later the screen went totally blank. The phone still rang and took pictures (you could hear the shutter sound), but you could not see the screen. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star experience is the man at the counter. when I dropped off the phone I asked how much to repair my screen. He said for a 4 it is $70. I explain to him that I have a Yelp coupon for $20. He said he wasn't sure if they accepted the coupon. My response, "blank stare". He then says, I am just trying to help out the guy so let me call him and see if he'll accept it. He makes a call and proceeds to write iPhone $80. I explain to him that he just told me $70. Don't up the price because I have a coupon. He says oh you have a 4s. No, I have a 4. He then looks at the phone and says it's dead. Anything could be wrong with the phone. Look at how dirty it is where the charger goes. Well, it is grimy. It lived in the bottom of my sometimes junky purse. My point to him is don't try to make up stuff to increase my bill. He then walks away to take someone's cell phone payment. I then go through the step of calling the phone and leaving a voicemail message. I then go through the process of recording me calling the phone and leaving a message. The phone rang out loud 5 -6 times. Just to prove the phone worked in case this ended up in court or he tried to lie and say something else was wrong. I was thinking to myself all of my years of watching the People's Court will pay off. Someone called me the SAME day and said my phone was ready. I went in to pick it up the following day, and the person who does the repairs for "The Cell Phone Shop" is extremely friendly and professional. He did great work. He explained it had a 90 day warranty. He fixes iPhones, iPads and other devices. I hope I don't have any more cracked screens, but if I do I know where to go! read more

I took my iPhone 5s here to get fixed they ruined my phone I took it to Cpr cellphone repair in Middletown and the gentleman there showed me how they did not put back my bottom screws on my phone and in the inside the plates that cover my screen flex and battery flex where missing bad experience don't waste your money here! read more

I dropped my iPad2 and the screen was broken. It seemed to be working fine except the broken screen. I went to apple store and they told me they can replace it for $250. Someone recommend to this place. So I went here and the front guy said they can fix it for $130. I left my iPad with them. They did fix the screen, however the iPad did not work well since then - it reboots every couple of minutes. After dealing with them back and forth I finally admitted that I wasted my money and time for letting them repair it. I don't want to pay more although they said they may replace the battery and that might fix it and of course I have to pay more, Now I end up with a non-working iPad and lost of $130. My advice is if you break your iPad, send it to apple store to replace it or just trash it and buy a new one. The only good part of this place is that they did fix the screen. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! I went here to replace a battery in my phone for $50 and they ended up breaking it! I had to pay an extra $35 to get my broken phone back! Currently in a civil suit with them. Again, DO NOT GO HERE! There is another shop about a mile down the road across from McDonald's & pnc bank. I wish I would have went there instead. read more

if i could give it zero stars, I would. Charged me $155 to fix a screen on a phone, took them 5 weeks and the screen they put on didn't work, I guess they didn't take the 3 seconds to test it. Waited another 4 weeks to get a new screen and it was hanging off the phone. Such a poor repair job that I went ahead and bought a new phone because the screen looks like it will rip off the phone after about 5 minutes in your pocket. Also they don't answer the phone ever so you will have to drive there a few times a week until your phone is done. They were constantly telling me come by tomorrow and it will be fixed. I would show up to be told it will take another day or so and because they don't answer the phone I probably spent at least $30 driving there and wasting my time. Now my phone is somewhat fixed except it looks like crap from the front and back is pulling away from the frame. I don't even have the patience to go back, guess they screwed me out of $155. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional operation. read more

I was so disgusted with the behavior of the people that worked there ,initially it was okay but when I came to pick up my phone after it's screen being replaced ,the phone was malfunctioning ,and when trying to explain he did something wrong ,he wanted to act like he didn't see it and charge me again to fix it as if it wasn't his fault ,after arguing with him he finally fixed it ,I payed him and got the hell out of there .Will never do business with them again . read more
