Within 4 days he gave me a rundown on what parts needed replacement and an estimate of how much the work would cost. It was a motherboard replacement for 650 for my gaming laptop. I came to write this review because many people don't want to write positive reviews about such a large expense, that was their own fault of doing. The guy was extremely kind and listened to what I said about the laptop. He said it would take roughly a week to fix and it was done in a week and a day. No complaints. I started with a nonfunctional laptop and I walked out with a laptop that was fully functional and felt brand new. Thanks so much!

Bait and switch, uses faulty (even visibly cracked!) replacement parts (scrounged from…read morebroken computers/phones), damages other parts of your machine in ways that aren't evident right away (replaced screen, damaged track pad somehow), voids warranty, doesn't stand by his word on anything (when something is going to be finished, total cost, type of part to be used). Just not worth it at all. First clue should have been the state of the shop. No computer repair shop should be covered in that much dust!

My phone screen was fixed in under 20 minutes. The store was super clean! It seems like they offer a lot of services. As someone who breaks their phone screen a lot, I am usually skeptical of getting it replaced at places like this, but I was so surprised they did not need me phone passcode or any personal information, and the price was reasonable. He also said: For some reason they wouldn't be open until Saturday (weird) I ended up coming back that Sunday to get the refund when I texted him he said that it was too late and that 2weeks had passed (btw only a week had passed) and he said that he informed the management and that they will send me the receipt with the refund policy. I drove up to the store and showed him the texts. He pretended like he wasn't the guy I spoke too on Offerup. I cursed him out and called him out on his lies. He gave me my money back fast. I brought it to them thinking a new lens cover and cleaning might be the fix. Here's where an experienced technician comes in, Turns out the lens cover was fine. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on!

We call back Friday, and they are unsure as to when it's coming in, but did not seem inclined to try and actually figure out what is going on. After we pressed them for a better explanation, they admitted that it was not on it's way in after all- their supplier had it back-ordered, and that they don't know when they could get the part. Total waste of time. They had ample opportunity to inform us about the delay, and through either duplicity or incompetence, never did.
