The level of care was beyond what I had expected. The Care Team on this floor, in this section was exceptional. The nurses, the Techs, the Doctor, all made me feel very confident that I mattered and we were going to get through this. Two of the techs stood out to me due to their warm personalities and care. And even though it hurt to laugh, I found myself doing just that. Their passion for caring for people is so apparent. Terrence and Danielle are such an important part of your Team and I hope they get the recognition that they deserve. Like I said this was the last place I wanted to be.. But, I feel blessed to have crossed paths with some exceptional people.

Ashley greeted me on time, and was super nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Another woman (I wasn't told her name) asked if she could join us, and I said it was okay. She was very nice, intelligent, and professional. Looked like a million bucks (perhaps a sales rep?) too. Most, most, and more most unfortunately, the rep who originally responded to my call, gave me misinformation about my financial obligation. I was excited about being a patient here too; I was misquoted big time. The rep told me that with my insurance (a well known one), I'd have 100% coverage with NO co-pays. Worth taking a few hours off of work for a free consultation to learn more! Instead of the $0 co-pay that I was quoted, my actual cost (I wasn't told this until the end of my consult) would be $35 / sx co-pay. Sooo, 36 sessions are what is recommended for the best outcomes. I believe there are two interim follow-up visits too. CHA CHING! I'm a single parent of two eating machines, with costly high school needs, and I don't splurge on myself too much. I was consoled with "don't let the price be a concern." REALLY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how you slice it and work with me on the payments (a suggestion of "$100 a week" was made!), a minimum of $1,260 was coming out of this girl's pocket. I still believe in this service, found the personnel here to be nice, and office, clean, but won't be a patient here for this high cost. Check with your insurance company yourself before you get your hopes up too high!

Overall, the people were great as I came into the main lobby , two peops a really sweet young blond and an def gentleman who gave me directions and passes. I've asked other Drs. how they mix their botox & they blew me off. Dr. A explained it to me, and of all of them, for whatever reason his lasts the best on me. It IS true that results vary on people but his lasts longer than 3 months for me which is one big reason I return. He's updated his staff and office because he listens. A very sincere medical practicioner who has a great knack for this- compares with any cosmetic surgeon I've gone to & overpaid for. Another thing he does which none of the others did- he documents amount of product you get on which parts of your face! I know exactly how much botox I got on my forehead on which date which is incredibly practical because we look back on those to tweak on future visits. Current time is 3:05 and I still have not been seen. Very typical experience. When Dr. A comes to see me he will ask a few questions. Then he will put his recording g device on and dictate his office visit note. Depending on the visit he might MIGHT do an actual exam. Then when you leave 2-3 hours later--it is a given that you have to call back because he forgot to call in one of my needed prescriptions. Just awful!!!
