I am writing this review based on my experience with InAlliance involving a disabled adult family…read moremember for whom I serve as Authorized Representative / DPOA. On June 12, 2026, I contacted InAlliance to discuss concerns involving services, transportation, case file access, and billing information. I first asked to speak with management and was told no managers were available. Shortly after questioning that, I was connected with a director-level staff member. During the call, I raised concerns that my family member had been redirected from the regular daily program and that InAlliance staff had been involved in situations where documents affecting services were signed. I also asked when the complete InAlliance case file and billing information would be provided. I did not receive a clear answer or timeline. Based on what was said during the call, I became concerned that services and transportation could be stopped after I asked about records and billing. Transportation is important because my family member relies on it for work and routine. Later that day, I received a call from a Placerville officer after InAlliance contacted law enforcement. The officer did not report any actual issue involving my family member, but the call was documented. Based on this experience, I believe families and representatives should ask for everything in writing, document communications, and make sure any service changes are handled through the proper process. In my opinion, InAlliance needs stronger supervision, clearer communication, and better protections for disabled adults and their representatives.

There's no direct route arriving at Identifirm unless, you own a two-seater helicopter landing on…read morethe business' front yard! I really thought Identifirm was located on Missouri Flat Road but, driving to the business location had me wondering if, I would find myself near Somerset or heading towards PiPi Campground! I kept driving meandering through winding backroads passing intersection after intersection, passing signs pointing the direction to Placerville, passing signs heading towards Buck's Bar, and I was still meandering through country backroads! Waaaah~Where is this business' location? I must have driven eleven miles away from Missouri Flat Road and Highway 50!!!! Suddenly, my Garmin GPS named, Lee stated I have arrived at the address . . . ???? WOT???? Where? Looking around, there's not one car on the road, I don't see anything but, rural, residential homes~Uh-Lee, are you sure this is the business address location? Waaaah! I see two homes: One is green while the other home is a red brick color; neither home has the address posted on their buildings! I decided I'd knock on the red brick house, a woman answered the door stating she'll meet me next door~O-kay . . . Uh-Where do I park my truck? Hmmmm~I guess I'd better park my truck in front of the red brick house rather than the green house because I'm blocking the green house's driveway. After moving my truck and parking in front of the red brick house, I noticed a door was ajar ahead with a burnished, hand-made, wood sign posted, "Identifirm." I enter the door and the woman named, Terry(?) greeted me. My appointment was set for 6:30 PM which is cool and in fact, quite awesome the ability scheduling a same-day appointment. The cost was $45.00 for the fingerprint scan and documentation; it only took ten minutes completing the process; however, leaving returning to Placerville took at least twenty-minutes arriving at Broadway and Highway 50 via driving on Newtown Road! Waaaah~I never knew a business was located way far away from the center of town; however, it was well worth the drive accomplishing, completing my necessary documentation in order, having the ability traveling and working overseas in the near future. FYI: After having your appointment for fingerprinting, according to Indentifirm's URL . . . After we capture your prints they are quickly transferred to the D.O.J. (Department of Justice). You can trace the progress of your prints by calling the D.O.J. at (919) 227-4557. The AJI number located at the bottom of your Life Scan Form and your date of birth is all that you need.
