When we told them that NO one had told us, they informed us that it wasn't their problem. That if we wanted to be seen by Dr. Scott, we'd have to wait for the two other appointments. When I asked to talk to Liz. We were told that we could goto the walk-in clinic if we were in a hurry and the we were not told we had to wait for two other clients, which was a lie and the receptionist just sat there and didn't speak up about what she had told us. Liz was rude and very, very disgustingly unprofessional and I will be taking this further. I have always respected Dr. Scott and her office. Today they showed us that we did not matter.

A couple of years ago, Dr. Tran sent me to an urgent care for an Xray & I was extremely surprised when he personally called me around 7pm (after hours) to ask if I was feeling better/what they diagnosed me with. Both doctors are extremely caring & passionate! In my experience, Dr. Moore, isn't nearly as compassionate as Dr. Zumaya & Dr. Tran. 10/10 recommend them as your PCP!

I…read morehave always told them that I can only have appointments on Wednesdays because this is my husband's only day off and we share a car yet, every time they try to make me an appointment I am never asked. They they just schedule it and say here's your appointment day. Only it's never on a Wednesday. Every time I remind them that it must be Wednesday and they have to change it. The last time I had an appointment, they walked in and handed me my next appointment date. Tuesday February 4th, so again I told them that I must have a Wednesday appointment. So she walked out there and changed it making it for February 5 which is a Wednesday. I then submitted the day to my job so I could be off and go to the appointment. I then had to make another appointment for a different Doctor and I made it on the same day so I wouldn't have to miss any more work. Now I have received a text message telling me that it is a reminder of my appointment Thursday, February 6. I have now attached a picture of the paper showing that they changed it from February 4 to February 5. So I pick up the phone and I call the Office . I explained to her the problem, as well as the fact that this is nothing new. And she responds to me "I don't know why you might've got bumped " then I tell her this does not work. I don't have Thursday the sixth off. I have Wednesday the fifth off And that is when I need to come in. She then says "and I am telling you we don't have any room for you on Wednesday" I had an appointment, but they decided to change it and not contact me. I then express how irritated I am that I am having this problem with them repetitively. I never once was told that they're sorry that this is happening or that she can understand my frustration. Instead, I am hung up on. When I tried to call back, the voicemail picked up and then it was hung up on. I tried again and I left somewhat of an ugly message because I was livid. I then called back and left another message telling them to have my records ready for me to pick up because I have no intentions of returning back to this Doctor. The lack of customer service and the lack of human compassion seems to not exist anymore, and that is very sad. I just hope that this message can improve somebody's experience in the future.

He visits patients in the hospital even when he's not scheduled to be at the hospital, he answers pages when he's on vacation, and he's got a positive outlook on life even when things look a little shaky. His staff in general is all around amazing. There isn't a more perfect team of ladies. They keep up with patients and know you by name. They're great about answering calls as quickly as possible and getting things done as quickly as they possibly can. Dr. Warmoth's office is all around a dependable nephrology office that you can count on-I almost don't want to publish this review so I can keep him as a hidden gem for myself!

After speaking to another doctor before going through with the procedure I found out this was extremely unnecessary for my age and the fact this was he first abnormal result I've gotten. I would recommend her for yearly exams but not much else. Very polite and knowledgeable but not the best in knowing new procedures. Would not recommend for someone with any issues needing dire treatment.

I ended up delivering my baby 6 weeks premature. A week later after having my follow up at his clinic, my swelling and SOB got worse. His nurse, Sylvia, told me to take some lasix and eat some bananas and drink lots of water, and the swelling will go away. Mind you, if I would have done this, I would of died from fluid overload. I ended up going to the ER and they rushed me in. I needed a blood transfusion, IV lasix, and had an echocardiogram done. They found that my left ventricle of my heart was only working at 15%. I lost roughly 40lbs of fluid in the week they put me in the CICU. I missed the first two weeks of my babies life because of this asshole not listening to his patient, when I specifically stated "I can't breath" "I can barely walk without gasping for air" "my swelling is at 3+ pitting edema." Total disregard to my symptoms. Oh and he's had like 2-3 other patients in the past that had this. You'd think he'd know the signs of peripartum cardiomyopathy. I hope he loses his practice.

Hip will not support my weight, and I have lost 30lbs since the surgery. If I roll over on my left side, while sleeping, I get excruciating bolts of pain from the joint. Constant pain from knee to joint. Can run or walk briskly ... It's miserable. I followed all the post op instructions and was diligent with physical therapy All the Dr. had to say was that the surgery went well. I had my right hip replaced a number of years ago at a different practice in CA. And apart from the scar, you'd never notice ... To Hell with this place Stay way.....

Today I called and the receptionist cut me off, which she does every time you call her office. She told me I already took care of this, idk why you need to call again. The nurse reaches out to me and says it's my fault I didn't know I needed an appointment to get a refill. The refused to refill my anxiety medication until I started to cry and told her what danger that can put me in. I was told I'm not considered a patient because i haven't been seen in the last year. This doctor and her staff do not put their patients first. I would stay clear if you have a real condition. They only care about your money!!!'
