Chuck was hired to do our estate sale for a loved one's belongings…read more I would not recommend Chuck for this type of work. Here are some bullet point reasons: - Chuck changed the percentage and added a fee (that ended up being for advertising )to the contract, upon signing, four days before the actual sale. By the way he typically includes advertising as part of the fee he requests. We were blindsided. He would have been turned away if it were solely up to me, but unfortunately, I had others involved in the decision to use him. - Rather than giving us a guideline for when things needed to be done, for example, signing a contract and time to set up advertising - He claimed it was not too late to get advertising in: Info for advertising in PennySaver should have been done the week before the sale so that the ad would run that weekend before. It was not done. He claimed he could get it in on Wed before the sale. This would have been too late as the sale would already be in full swing. The bottom line, he did not advertise with the money we agreed to give him (against our better judgment) in the two places critical for estate sales- PennySaver ( which would have been late for the sale anyway) and Estatesale.net. He did not purchase any advertising. He used a couple of social media posts and texted people he knew instead. He was poorly equipped- -not enough table ,and the ones he had were very dirty, -signage was simply white computer printer paper. -he did not put enough signs up around town. We actually gave him some materials that he did not use, so we put more signs up ourselves with this material and our own social media postings. While we are so grateful that in the absence of Chuck's lack of preparedness, professionalism, and business ethics, our sale was not a flop, the poor way in which things were run and the fact that he did not do as he agreed to is not something anyone wants to deal with. Lastly, before he agreed to the contract that he changed and we had to negotiate, he wanted to see what was put aside and would not be included in the sale. This is horribly poor taste. He is hired to do a job, and he sells what the client says is up for sale, not what isn't. This is wrong on so many levels but, in my opinion, is taking advantage of those grieving a loss and trying to work through a finality. Yuck! Please think twice before using him for your estate sale.

EEK!!!" I live here, like right near this place, so I have to show some love for it. It doesn't get enough business and I'm really worried it will end up closing down. Nice to see all the new reviews being posted for it by people who love it. What's not to love. Sometimes the prices, but all the cool unusual stuff, and the way it brings the community together. Fantastic. The selection of stuff of ALL kinds is really really amazing at Clarence Flea Market. You could spend hours here. We're not talking about a few stands. We're talking awful awesomeness. I'm not great friends with the owners of the whole complex but you can't have everything. Antique World is really cool and there's a lot more to it than meets the eye. Come and check it out and keep it in business. The Bird Feed USA store already went out of business and that place was cool :( Speaking of cool want to see how cool my bedroom is.

On bored days when there's nothing to do, and I haven't been to antique shop in a while, I almost…read morealways come here. I've grown to love it, and I'd call it my favorite place to shop for antiques in the area, quite certainly because they practically have everything you could ever want from an antique mall! This antique mall is a part of the stretch of antique places along Main Street in Clarence; they're all connected as a part of the whole 'Antique World & Flea Market' business. Uncle Sam's Antique Co-Op previously sat in this location. Inside it is most certainly a booming antique mall, with separate areas for a couple of different vendors, and all sorts of items on display for sale. In particular I noticed old books, vinyl, LIFE magazines, clothes a ton of old photographs, and they also had a ton of cool jewelry and furniture. I actually spotted a couple of things I would have been more than happy to buy if they hadn't ended up being so out of my budget. Also included in the antique mall is a small area designated as the 'country store,' which offered baked good mixes, noodles, seeds, even fudge! There are also a few home decor items that aren't technically antiques/old, but they're designed in that style. I've brought home so many of my favorite antiques from here - recently a re-purposed oil lamp, a framed heinz ketchup ad, and a mesmerizing pilgrim lady I had to go back and buy because I couldn't stop thinking about her eyes. I'm half convinced something possessed me. She just wanted a home! (Wow, she's a crazy antique lady, huh?!) Staff was incredibly friendly, probably the most friendly I've ever experienced while antique shopping. While making our rounds we were frequently asked if we needed help with anything, if we wanted to see anything behind the display cases, ect. We were also kept very informed on items that were on sale. I wish I could have found something to take home there, as it feels like the sort of store you would love to be able to support. I highly recommend this store for people who are just starting to get into the antiquing world. They have a very fair variety of objects for sale at decent prices (for an antique, anyway), all while not being too overwhelming.

The shops have a great variety of antiques and curiosities. Teresa greeted us warmly & offered her service if we had any questions. She also explained that in addition to the two buildings in the front of the property, there was more to see out back. As we approached the back of the property, it opened up to a large garden area & a big barn. Teresa sells succulents, herbs, and really all kinds of plants too numerous to mention. The barn has more for sale, and there's a shed on the property big enough for classes. Teresa teaches painting classes and some really fun-sounding how-to classes, like how to make a fairy garden. She hosts groups too, and makes it into a very special event. At the very back of this property is a hill that leads to an open area with a bonfire pit & a stream. Walk to the left and there's a Scripture Path that her husband designed. It's peaceful and beautiful and I can't wait to go back!
