As an avid lover of champagne and all things pink, I highly recommend you book the Champagne Train for your next group excursion! We came to Scottsdale for a bachelorette party and couldn't resist this school-bus-turned-pink-party train! Still don't get it? Think of a giant ride that takes you all over town, with a bartender, your favorite music blasting (they have Spotify), and the most picture-worthy interior! The hosts were great and kept the yummy drinks flowing! Although this is not the cheapest option for a planned event (it was about $700 and it's BYOB) it was worth every penny! The bride got to take all her bach photos and so did we! We got so much attention and got to visit some cool spots. My only recommendation would be to just add more handles in the bus to hold on to; you definitely need some good balance! Ps. We had a great time on the Champagne Train with Sam and Darlene until Sam followed our group into our Airbnb and demanded to know why we only tipped him $10. Little did he know each of the 14 girls in our group decided to tip him separately and the tip of $10 was only the first of the group. My maid of honor booked the Champagne Train for my bachelorette party four months in advance. When she booked it we had trouble obtaining confirmation. We received an email saying the booking request was submitted and someone would be in touch to confirm details. But we ended up reaching back out because we didn't hear from anyone. At that time they confirmed, in writing that we were booked! We planned the whole weekend around it. We had the theme, the outfits, and the bars we wanted to visit - this was the only planned event of the weekend after all. Well, 11 hours before we were supposed to board the Champagne Train we received a TEXT that the bus was down due to mechanical issues. As you can imagine we immediately started to panic. You have ONE bus and nothing to fill in for situations like this? No - they said they have a mobile mechanic and always do routine maintenance but this specific situation can't be fixed right away. However, they then offered us a ride from 6-7pm that same day. How do they know for a fact the bus will be fixed by that time? Regardless we denied that option because our original plan was for a 3-hour ride from 11am-2pm. So it's almost midnight in Arizona and we have to scramble to find something else to do? Long story short we ended up having to rent the Party Crawler which the Champagne Train did tell us about. It was a TON of fun however, we planned for a bus with windows and AC. The Party Crawler is an open-air bus in AZ when it was 100 degrees. No wonder it was available lol. But we worked with what we had! Fast forward to the first stop of our bar crawl - The Hot Chick. And who do we see pull up outside? The Champagne Train... I sent a video and asked how the repairs were coming along. They said they have two buses...interesting because they didn't have two buses 11 hours ago they just had mobile mechanics. I will add my video was NOT nice and not my finest moment but at this point, I had no reason to be nice after being lied to. Clearly, they double-booked us and we were the ones to get cut. The moral of the story is I would highly recommend looking at all other party bus options before booking the Champagne Train because you really don't know what the outcome will be. read more

If I could I would give zero stars. Our bartender was Michael which we didn't ask for because you had to bring your OWN liquor. We didn't need a bartender but he decided to stay with an ugly attitude which affected all the girls mood. We would have been better off WITHOUT him there. They were 40 mins late and we didn't make it to our destination on time. The decorations were also falling off and balloons was deflated once we walked in. It was a waste of time. An absolutely horrifying experience. This concept only works if it remains stationary. There is very little seating. There we're about 30 people packed onto the bus. the seating there was wasn't bolted down. The driver took forever to get a few miles down the road. THIS WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP. We booked this probably 6 months in advance, I'm not sure how popular it is but we weren't risking it. We booked this for our 14-lady bachelorette party in Scottsdale. When this rig rolled up to the house, the excitement was on. Brooke our bartender greeted us at the front door and told us the plan, and helped us pack our champagne onto the bus. We were not familiar with bars in Scottsdale so we asked for her recommendations on where to go. She recommended to start at this one bar then we'll go with the flow and keep bar hopping until our drop off at a restaurant. She was such a hype woman and made sure we got all the photos. All the hot girls photos and all the angles. The bus itself was so well-done. Great furniture, great decorations, and clearly made for the party. There was a phone station with a ring light to take selfies which was a great touch. Brooke gave us VIP bracelets and we got either free shots or drink specials at all the bars we went to and did not wait in line. It was a fantastic experience. Brooke made it flawless and looked out for us. When we were going to be late to dinner she called the restaurant for us and told them we were on the way. Let's get into it. This past Saturday on 7/8, we had a reservation at 12 midnight to be picked up from a home. We booked just the transportation as we have 3 ladies that have bartending experience and were so excited to have an amazing night. A little before, we received a text saying that the bartender would be staying on for no additional fee and they just ask that we tip. From there, we all sent our tip money in advance to the person who booked the reservation and we decided that we would just tip the lump sum at the end of the evening. Moving on. The bus did not arrive until well after 12:30am. They were late far beyond the allowed grace period. Nevertheless, we decided to proceed. The bartender knocked on the door and it seemed as though it was going to be a fun night. WE THOUGHT WRONG. We preceded to march onto the bus in great spirits. The bartender introduced himself as Michael and gave us some rules. "If you are on your phone for more than 10 seconds, you have to take a shot" etc. Based on the rules, it seemed like we were going to have a blast. Again, WE THOUGHT WRONG. He poured us one shot and we began playing some music. The music then began stopping and not playing. When we asked for help, he opened his mouth to say, "Stop F*cking around" which was heard by one of the ladies sitting next to the bar. From then things began going downhill rather quickly. His energy completely shifted, and he began being very rude, standoffish, replying with staccato responses. His responses, demeanor, an attitude, all gave pessimism, blunt, and crude. His behavior made it seem like he was disgusted with us and could not be bothered. We asked him to make a stop near all the clubs and bars so that we could get off for just a little bit. After some reluctance he agreed. We got off and shortly after a few ladies wanted to go back to the bus to change their shoes, again more reluctance as though we had not already paid to have the bus for the entire allotted time. During that interaction, the bartender in question made a comment about how he has not made much money today because women don't tip. He made this comment with us still having 2 hours remaining on our reservation. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. It may be different if he was having a conversation with someone else, but he made that statement will speaking to members of our group. Around 1:50am we all decided to go back to the bus and allow him to drive us home so that we could make a quick stop and then get food. We got back on the bus, and again his attitude was bitter and unfavorable. Despite that, we decided we were still going to have a good time. One of the ladies asked if he would pour 16 drinks for all of us and he simply just looked and starred at her. I decided to have a very calm conversation with him to get us on the same page. That did not work. He had such a horrible attitude. I would have rather them cancel the entire bus than to provide a bus with a bartender that was so nasty. Champagne Trains, does not have to worry about us utilizing their services or recommending them to anyone in the future. For such a monumental moment to celebrate, we have such a horrendous memory for the evening. read more
