Liked all the details and options that were given etc. The delivery process at the physical Carvana location in Gaithersburg MD was okay at best. it took almost an hour, the car was not dropped from the tower as expected but driven from the back parking lot, one key fob we were given does not work and no ribbon on car or pictures were taken. we were handed keys to the car told about thecreturn policy and that wax it. Disappointing for the family as they had been hyped about the delivery process.

The man i spoke to was very helpful and nice and helped me find something else. The cars were exchanged with no issues. Then 5 days later the check engine light came on in the new car. I took it to a trusted mechanic and after the few things he found, he highly recommended that I not tie myself to this car for 6 years of payments. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the great customer service agents that helped keep me from going over the edge. I will NEVER buy from Carvana again.

When we determined we weren't going to be able to get in the trunk, Danny ran and got the tools I would need to get into the trunk. We didn't think it worked and he helped me put the car back together. After the rental car never showed up with a spare I used the tools he has purchased again and was able to gain access to the trunk (Danny doesn't know this part) Some how we made our flights on time. I would use him again he saved us in a pinch.
