It was VERY obvious this event was not being catered by the school. Let me say, there's nothing wrong whatsoever with the schools catering, but THIS display was top notch! Once I found out it was Bubba's, everything made sense. The servers I met were a father and his two daughters. Tully, Amanda, and Tasha. All three were professional, yet engaging. They were pleasant to talk to. After the event ended, I decided to grab a plate and taste the food. The food stood on its own! It was DELICIOUS!!! And the lemonade? Oh my goodness was it delicious!! At one point I was able to look at the menu on their website and man-o-man I hope I get to attend many more events being catered by Bubba's. It was all pre-cooked and all we had to do was reheat it. The drawback was the filet was difficult to reheat and have a pan sear yet keep it medium rare. I figured out how to pull it off and it was remarkable. Even the next day there was so much meat which we rarely eat and just heating up a pan high heat with vegetable oil and searing for a couple of minutes did the trick! We rented a 40x40 tent, 16x16 dance floor, tables and chairs for our daughters wedding. On the day…read morethe tent was scheduled to be delivered we got a call from Philip stating that they didn't have all the parts for the 40x40 tent. They recognized their mistake and offered us a 30x60 tent at no additional cost to us. They were out within the hour and put the tent up. The wedding was on a Saturday and they set up the tent & dance floor the Thursday before allowing us time to run lights and do some early decorating. While we had some hiccups that they did rectify, I would recommend them and use them again.

We recently rented some table cloths from Mullins for a rehearsal dinner. They were friendly and…read morefound just the right table cloths for our venue. We were allowed to take them to Indiana. We picked them up on a Wednesday and returned them on the next Monday. The price was reasonable and we were not charged extra for keeping them 5 nights. We paid our bill and then a week later got a refund check in the mail. We had over paid and had not realized it. They sent the refund because they found the error. This tells me they are a trust worthy business.
