Was able to place an order online for same day delivery. Website said that if order placed after 12pm, no guarantee of delivery. They delivered anyway. YAY! I was able to see the arrangement in person and it was beautiful.

Placed an order on the website on Saturday at 1PM for delivery to a 11AM Monday wake for my…read moreemployee's wife. I had to fly to California Monday AM. When I landed had a message that they wanted me to call ASAP. I was shocked to hear that the delivery didn't occur because they didn't have the variety of flowers. I voiced my frustration that it's the thought that counts and since you can't redo a wake they should've delivered a substitute. I felt terrible and embarrassed that we weren't showing our respects for a devoted husband and employee.

I ordered flowers from them for my grandmother. I asked for sympathy flowers. I asked for mostly…read morewhite with a few pink or purple flowers. I discussed a picture on their site. And spent $100 plus delivery. I was disappointed with the picture I was sent. The arrangement was so small I would have thought I only spent $49. Less than 12 flowers in the whole arrangement. Most of it was filler. I always try to use local florists when I order flowers but I don't think I will order from here again.
