I stopped by this location to browse and see if any spring or summer styles were out. Plus I'm…read morealways in the markets for leggings. I walked in and saw the hand sanitizer station. All staff were wearing masks. This is definitely a plus. The store is a bit crowded. I don't mean people. The racks are close together and just moving throughout the store I knocked things off the rack at least once especially by the work out/athletic section. I was trying to find a pair of leggings and all the sizes and styles were mixed. I couldn't find what I was looking for. During my leggings search, I was approached by an employee about a rewards program. I don't shop at Old Navy very often, so I took a pass. As I navigated further into the store, the more crowded it became. By the clearance section, it was impossible to look through the racks as everything was packed and hard to move through the area. Plus, I docked a star because the entire back of the store smelled like pot. It was mostly empty of people, but a few. I thought it may have just been the clearance section, but as I moved towards the kids section then the men's side by the dressing rooms - the smell definitely lingered. I felt overwhelmed in this store. I left in a hurry without making a purchase.

This particular location is a rather new one, and the layout is typical of the store. The store is…read morevery roomy and not cramped. The staff is usually walking around and was helpful when I couldn't find an item. The dressing room was staffed by a nice guy that addressed me by name (and also wrote it on the door). I found that personal touch nice. The prices are of course pretty low and yeah, the quality is not the best, but come on, a tshirt is a tshirt. Parking is ample and the surrounding businesses are numerous. Stop by the Starbucks for some caffeinated power shopping. (watch out for the early A.M. sales days, people can be a little crazy)

Located in a strip mall, and near a major freeway, this JC Penny is easy to get to…read more This JC Penny has a Sephora, salon, and portrait studio, to go with all typical department store finds. The potrait studio was the reason for our visit. While being completely empty, the photographer seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to more from pose to pose. She did get one shot that was perfect, so I guess I shouldn't complain. The guy who showed me the pictures had a sales pitch for EVERY photo, and enhanced photo there was. With antsy children, I would have preferred he let me just look at the images. His sales pitches took longer than the actual photo shoot. If you don't come armed with a coupon, groupon, or living social deal, be prepared to pay a pretty penny. Unlike some other studios, one must return in 2 weeks for one's prints. The prints seem to be of higher quality than the ones from the instant print places. The wait is worth having images where the colors hold true. I would, and plan to use the studio's services again. As to the rest of the JC Penny. Their "door buster" deals were great. Regular priced merchandise was a bit pricy. This location is only one story. They try to cram a lot in the space they have. Some areas were cramped.

Now we're an interracial couple, no biggie, but she kept trying to sneakily watch us from a distance, everywhere we went there she was staring and then walking off when we looked at her, a few minutes later a male employee is talking to her and he starts doing it. I wanted to say something but the wife said no and we just left. The Saphora inside was awesome, set my wife up for a makeover and she had a wonderful time and the employee was so nice and treated my wife like a queen, she knew her job and did outstanding explaining to my wife what she was doing, why she was doing it, the different kinds of make stuff. Very professional. We only go there for saphora now. Shame.
