No machine washing or dry cleaning!), I had to pass. I went with a dark blue rinse Curvy Skinny, which fit great and can be machine washed. Best of all, not only were they 40% off, they were BOGO free! Merry Christmas to me!! I love the way True's jeans fit, and if you follow the care instructions, they tend to last for years. Be advised that any of their machine washable jeans will fade (in color) over time, but the jeans themselves have withstood a great deal of wear & tear without actually tearing. However, the Dry Clean only black jeggings that I purchased @ 5 or 6 years ago, are still their original color and haven't faded one bit. I received very good service here. The sales rep helped me find my size, but there was only one pair in my size and I needed 2 (for the BOGO free). Another rep went to the back to find my second pair and I was good to go. This store has a variety of jeans, shirts, sweats, jackets, and belts. There are 2 dressing rooms and 2 cash registers. The only downside to my experience was that there was what appeared to be a staff meeting happening in the middle of the store (but with only some of the staff). They were kind of in the way and barely moved to allow patrons space to browse.

Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!

They have rearranged the store a few times in the years I've been going, but things are typically very easy to find. With new items right up front and then the clearance items located in the back. The only qualm I have about the store is the same qualm I have with most clothing stores. The mens section is not big enough and can often feel limited when compared to the women's section. And even the baby section at time. However I have been able to find some great pieces here and they frequently update their stock.

This new space is larger, so there is a lot more variety in all departments. I just wish they had a small home area. It would make this store perfect. The prices are good and they're even better when you shop with the many coupons they send you. My most recent visit, I lucked out because one of my favorite shirts was on sale. I went a little crazy and bought it in three different colors. The pricing here is very budget friendly. The service is always great here. They're attentive and friendly. I giggled as I read my old review before writing this new one. Again, I talked about my dog and showed pictures to the sales associate. No frisbee this time, but I like chatting with dog lovers. I'll use the same closing as I did last time, "This is the perfect factory store for the man who wants a preppy or classic look." Also, those who still have to dress professionally for their jobs.
