Additionally, tuition is raised each year and they have gotten rid of the "Men and Women in the Workforce" discount. Staff are constantly being turned over or shuffled around. They did mention this may take a month and a half or so, as they had to wait for Care 4 Kids to send their August payment. I was fine with this. Fast forward to November, I haven't heard from them or received any mailings. I called the Cheshire Stork Club on 11/23. The lady (Jen) was pleasant and referred me to the corporate office in Meriden. I'm not sure of his name ( possibly Merle Gandolfo), but he was rude. He stated he would check with the Cheshire office and call me back. I did receive a timely voicemail the next day, but it stated I owed a balance of just over $62! Again, I was never notified or informed of this in any way. I left a voicemail and a message with the answering service on Sunday 11/29, stating the issue and explaining what I thought the cause was. I never got a returned call. I called back Monday morning (11/30). The man said he was on the other line, took down my number, and promised to call back. He didn't. I called back again, and he refused to speak to me or even answer my question. He was told he can no longer speak with me verbally and if I called him any more I would be reported to the police for harassment! Funny thing is, what I believe to be the issue is simple. My daughter was charged for a week she did not attend (it listed the charge for the week on her statement and two lines under it listed her last day being the prior week). This is an easy fix and I am dumbfounded that it is turning into this haven huge thing. Parents, it's not worth the hassle and disrespect I endured. Also, I still haven't received my money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The staff and teachers are amazing. They truly care about the kids and how they progress. Both of my children started kindergarten and their teachers were so impressed at how much they already knew. I know the costs are probably more than some other day cares, but honestly you get what you pay for in this situation. I wouldn't hesitate to send my kids there again and highly recommend their centers if you're in the market for child care.

Since we moved to the Stork Club our daycare experience has been amazing. The director has children…read moreof her own so she can see things from a director and parent perspective. My daughter had birth to three services and the staff were wonderful with our speech pathologist. They always took her suggestions to heart and it truly bettered our daughter. They have been fantastic. We've been there for almost two years and both my daughters are happy and thriving there. The teachers are wonderful. There is not a high staff turnover which was difficult to deal with at our old daycare. When we pick up our daughters they are always with the same staff unless someone is sick or on vacation. There are some younger staff but they are out with staff who are older to help them grow as teachers and the younger teachers make the room more exciting and bring fun new ideas. Many of the staff members have been there for years which is a sign the daycare runs well and is managed well. We are very happy with our experience at the Stork Club.
